Abstract:
(EN) The hydraulic pump controller for a construction machine according to the present invention comprises a hydraulic pump (10) wherein discharge flow is controlled by adjusting the swash plate angle, an auxiliary pump (14), a control valve (11) that controls the flow direction of fluid discharged from the hydraulic pump (10) and selectively supplies this to an actuator (13), an orifice (15) and a relief valve (16) that are mutually connected in parallel between a center bypass line (17) of the control valve (11) and a tank (T), signal pressure selection units (20, 120, 220) that receive the fluid that has passed the center bypass line (17) of the control valve (11) and the fluid discharged from the auxiliary pump (14) and selects the pressure of one of them as its signal pressure, and a regulator (30) that receives the signal pressure selected from the signal pressure selection units (20, 120, 220) to adjust a swash plate angle of the hydraulic pump (10); the signal pressure selection unit (20) selects the pressure of the fluid discharged from the auxiliary pump (14) when the construction machine is in an idle state to deliver this to the regulator (30).
(FR) L'invention concerne un contrôleur de pompe hydraulique pour une machine de construction comprenant une pompe hydraulique (10). Le débit de sortie est contrôlé en ajustant l'angle du plateau oscillant, une pompe auxiliaire (14), une soupape de commande (11) qui commande la direction d'écoulement du fluide évacué à partir de la pompe hydraulique (10) et le fournit sélectivement à un actionneur (13), un orifice (15) et une soupape de décharge (16) raccordés mutuellement en parallèle entre une ligne de dérivation centrale (17) de la soupape de commande (11) et un réservoir (T), des unités de sélection de pression de signal (20, 120, 220) recevant le fluide qui est passé par la ligne de dérivation centrale (17) de la soupape de commande (11) et le fluide évacué de la pompe auxiliaire (14) et sélectionnant la pression de l'un d'eux comme leur pression de signal, et un régulateur (30) qui reçoit la pression de signal sélectionnée par les unités de sélection de pression de signal (20, 120, 220) pour ajuster un angle de plateau oscillant de la pompe hydraulique (10) ; l'unité de sélection de pression de signal (20) sélectionne la pression du fluide évacué de la pompe auxiliaire (14) quand la machine de construction est dans un état de repos pour délivrer la pression de signal au régulateur (30).
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 건설기계의 유압펌프 제어장치는 사판각이 조절되어 토출 유량이 제어되는 유압펌프(10)와, 보조펌프(14)와, 상기 유압펌프(10)로부터 토출되는 유체의 흐름 방향을 제어하여 액추에이터(13)에 선택적으로 공급하는 컨트롤 밸브(11)와, 상기 컨트롤 밸브(11)의 센터 바이패스 라인(17)과 탱크(T) 사이에 상호 병렬로 연결된 오리피스(15) 및 릴리프 밸브(16)와, 상기 컨트롤 밸브(11)의 센터 바이패스 라인(17)을 통과한 유체와 상기 보조펌프(14)로부터 토출된 유체를 전달받아 이 중 어느 하나의 압력을 신호압으로 선택하는 신호압 선택유닛(20)(120)(220)과, 상기 신호압 선택유닛(20)(120)(220)로부터 선택된 신호압을 전달받아 상기 유압펌프(10)의 사판각을 조절하는 레귤레이터(30)를 포함하며, 상기 신호압 선택유닛(20)은 건설기계의 아이들 상태에서 상기 보조펌프(14)로부터 토출된 유체의 압력을 신호압으로 선택하여 상기 레귤레이터(30)에 전달하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
