Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an emergency engine RPM control apparatus for heavy construction equipment, which can control the engine RPM in an emergency, i.e. upon the occurrence of an abnormality to a controller of the heavy construction equipment such as an excavator. The emergency engine RPM control apparatus of the present invention comprises: an equipment controller which generates a driving signal for transmitting the value applied from an operation dial to an engine controller to control an engine; a dashboard which is electrically connected to the engine controller, and which has a database of engine RPM control algorithms to enable a worker to select a desired engine RPM; and a connection switching means for electrically interconnecting the dashboard and the engine controller upon the occurrence of an abnormality to the operation dial or to the equipment controller.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande de régime moteur en cas d'urgence pour équipement de chantier lourd, qui permet de régler le régime moteur en cas d'urgence, c.-à-d. en cas d'anormalité d'un organe de commande de l'équipement de chantier lourd, tel qu'une pelle mécanique. Le dispositif de commande de régime moteur de l'invention comprend: un organe de commande d'équipement qui produit un signal de commande afin de transmettre la valeur appliquée à un organe de commande du moteur à partir d'un cadran de commande, afin de commander un moteur; un tableau de bord connecté électriquement à l'organe de commande du moteur et qui comporte une base de données d'algorithmes de commande de régime moteur permettant à un ouvrier de sélectionner un régime moteur voulu; et des moyens de commutation de connexion pour interconnecter électriquement, en cas d'anormalité, le tableau de bord et l'organe de commande au cadran de commande ou à l'organe de commande d'équipement.
(KO) 본 발명은 굴삭기와 같은 건설중장비의 제어기가 정상적으로 동작하지 않을 경우 엔진의 속도를 비상 제어할 수 있는 건설중장비의 엔진 회전수 비상 제어 장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 제어 장치는, 조작 다이얼로부터 인가받은 조작값을 엔진 콘트롤러로 전달하여 엔진의 작동을 제어하도록 구동 신호를 발생시키는 장비 콘트롤러를 포함하는 엔진 회전수 제어 장치에 있어서, 엔진 콘트롤러와 전기적으로 연결되고, 엔진 회전수에 대한 제어 알고리즘이 데이터베이스화되어 있어 작업자가 원하는 엔진 회전수를 선택 조작할 수 있는 계기판; 및 조작 다이얼이나 장비 콘트롤러가 정상적으로 동작하지 않을 경우 계기판과 엔진 콘트롤러를 전기적으로 연결시키는 연결 스위칭 수단을 포함할 수 있다.
