Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a construction equipment remote control system and method for controlling data transmission/reception while the construction equipment is in engine-off state. To this end, the construction equipment remote control system of the present invention comprises a server that can communicate with a communication terminal through a communication network, and construction equipment having the communication terminal, an equipment controller and a plurality of electronic control units, wherein the communication terminal, the equipment controller and the electronic control units are constantly supplied with power from a battery provided in the construction equipment, wherein if the equipment controller receives a start key switch-off signal a command is transferred to the communication terminal and the electronic control units to pass into a sleep mode from an operating mode, and wherein if the server sends a job request the communication terminal wakes up from the sleep mode state and then wakes up the equipment controller to transfer the job request from the server, and the equipment controller proceeds the job alone if the work can be executed by the equipment controller alone and then passes into the sleep mode when the job is finished; if the job needs to be done in cooperation with at least one of the electronic control units, the equipment controller wakes up a corresponding electronic control device to proceed with the job and then puts the awakened electronic control unit into the sleep mode when the job is finished.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de télécommande d'un engin de chantier destinés à commander la transmission-réception de données pendant que le moteur de l'engin de chantier est arrêté. Pour ce faire, le système de télécommande de l'engin de chantier de l'invention comprend un serveur qui peut communiquer avec un terminal de communication via un réseau de communication, l'engin de chantier comprenant le terminal de communication, un contrôleur d'engin et une pluralité d'unités de commande électronique qui sont constamment alimentées par un courant provenant d'une batterie placée dans l'engin de chantier. Lorsque le contrôleur d'engin reçoit un signal d'arrêt de la clé de démarrage, une commande est transférée au terminal de communication et les unités de commande électronique passent du mode fonctionnement au mode veille, et lorsque le serveur envoie une demande de travail, le terminal de communication passe du mode veille au mode réveil, puis active le contrôleur d'engin pour transférer la demande de travail provenant du serveur, le contrôleur d'engin exécutant le travail seul lorsque c'est possible, puis passe en mode veille lorsque le travail est terminé; lorsque le travail doit être effectué en coopération avec au moins une unité de commande électronique, le contrôleur d'engin active un dispositif de commande électronique correspondant pour exécuter le travail, puis l'unité de commande électronique activée passe en mode veille lorsque le travail est terminé.
(KO) 본 발명은 시동 오프 상태에서 건설기계가 데이터 송수신을 제어하기 위한 건설기계 원격관리 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 통신망을 통해 통신 단말기와 통신가능한 서버와, 상기 통신 단말기와 장비 제어부와 복수개의 전자 제어 장치들이 설치된 건설장비를 포함하는 건설기계 원격관리 시스템에 있어서, 통신 단말기와 장비 제어부와 전자 제어 장치들은 상기 건설장비에 마련된 배터리로부터 상시 전원을 인가받으며, 장비 제어부가 시동 키 스위치 오프 신호를 인가받으면 통신 단말기와 전자 제어 장치들로 슬립모드(sleep mode) 전환 명령을 전달하고, 동작모드를 슬립모드로 전환하고, 서버의 작업 요청시 상기 통신 단말기는 슬립모드 상태에서 웨이크업된 후 장비 제어부를 웨이크업 시킨 후 서버의 요청 작업을 전달시키며, 장비 제어부는 상기 작업이 단독으로 수행가능한 작업인 경우 단독으로 작업진행 후 작업완료시 슬립모드로 전환하고, 작업이 전자 제어 장치들 중 적어도 하나와 연계해야 할 경우, 해당 전자 제어 장치를 웨이크업시켜 작업을 진행하고, 작업 완료시 상기 웨이크업된 전자 제어 장치를 슬립모드로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
