(KO) 폴리아릴렌 설파이드의 제조 방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing polyarylene sulfide by polymerizing reactants containing diiodo aromatic compounds and sulfur compounds, in which diphenyl disulfide in the amount of 0.01 to 10.0 % of the weight of the polyarylene sulfide is added to the reactants, to prepare polyarylene sulfide with a melting point of 265 to 320°C. As the diphenyl sulfide contained in the reactants of the present invention costs less than other conventional polymerization inhibitors, manufacturing costs can be remarkably reduced. The polyarylene sulfide prepared using the diphenyl sulfide has a low iodine content and superior thermal stability.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de sulfure de polyarylène qui consiste à polymériser des réactifs contenant des composés aromatiques diiodo et des composés sulfurés, en ajoutant aux réactifs du disulfure de diphényle à raison de 0,01 à 10,0 % en poids du sulfure de polyarylène, afin d'obtenir un sulfure de polyarylène présentant un point de fusion compris entre 265 et 320°C. Comme le sulfure de diphényle contenu dans les réactifs de l'invention est moins coûteux que d'autres inhibiteurs de polymérisation classiques, les coûts de fabrication peuvent être considérablement réduits. Le sulfure de polyarylène préparé à l'aide de sulfure de diphényle présente une faible teneur en iode et une stabilité thermique supérieure.
(KO) 본 발명은 디요오드 방향족 화합물과 황 화합물을 포함하는 반응물을 중합 반응시켜 폴리아릴렌 설파이드(polyarylene sulfide)를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 반응물에 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 중량 대비 0.01 내지 10.0중량%의 디페닐 디설파이드를 추가로 포함하여, 녹는점이 265 내지 320 ℃인 폴리아릴렌 설파이드를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 반응물에 포함되는 디페닐 디설파이드는 기존의 다른 중합 중지제보다 더 저렴하여 제조 원가를 크게 낮출 수 있고, 또한 이를 이용하여 제조된 폴리아릴렌 설파이드는 요오드 함량이 낮고, 동시에 열안정성이 매우 우수하다.
