Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a thin-film solar cell and a method for manufacturing same, the thin film solar cell comprising: a substrate; a light-scattering film which is formed on the substrate, and which contains a bead and a binder for fixing the bead; a front electrode layer formed on the light-scattering film; a semiconductor layer formed on the front electrode layer; and a rear electrode layer formed on the semiconductor layer. As the thin-film solar cell of the present invention has the light-scattering film interposed between the substrate and the front electrode layer, the thin-film solar cell can refract solar light in all directions, thus lengthening the path of solar light in the semiconductor layer. Accordingly, the efficiency of the solar cell is increased.
(FR) L'invention concerne une cellule solaire à couches minces qui comprend: un substrat; un film de diffusion de lumière formé sur le substrat et qui contient une perle isolante et un liant pour fixer celle-ci; une couche d'électrode avant formée sur le film de diffusion de lumière; une couche semi-conductrice formée sur la couche d'électrode avant; et une couche d'électrode arrière formée sur la couche semi-conductrice. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé de fabrication de la cellule solaire à couches minces. Selon l'invention, le film de diffusion de lumière est placé entre le substrat et la couche d'électrode avant pour réfracter de manière variable la lumière solaire, afin d'allonger le chemin de la lumière solaire dans la couche semi-conductrice, ce qui permet d'accroître l'efficacité de la cellule solaire.
(KO) 본 발명은 기판; 상기 기판 상에 형성되며, 비드 및 상기 비드를 고정하는 바인더를 포함하여 이루어진 광산란막; 상기 광산란막 상에 형성된 전면전극층; 상기 전면전극층 상에 형성된 반도체층; 및 상기 반도체층 상에 형성된 후면전극층을 포함하여 이루어진 박막형 태양전지, 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 기판과 전면전극층 사이에 광산란막을 형성함으로써 태양광을 다양하게 굴절시킬 수 있어 반도체층 내에서 태양광의 경로를 길게할 수 있다. 따라서, 태양전지의 효율이 증진되는 효과가 있다.
