Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a cold rolled steel sheet having a yield ratio of 60% or higher, superior dent resistance and durability, superior drawability having an r-value of 1.4 or higher, and a superior tensile strength of 490 MPa or higher, to a galvanized steel sheet using same, to an alloyed galvanized steel sheet, and to a method for manufacturing same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a high-strength cold rolled steel sheet having superior deep drawability and a high yield ratio, comprising, by weight, C: 0.02-0.05%, Mn: 1.0-3.0%, Si: 0.5-2.0%, P: 0.05% or less, N: 0.006% or less, Al: 0.01-0.1%, S: 0.012% or less, and Nb: 0.04-0.15%, and one or more components selected from a group consisting of Ti, B, and Zr, wherein said components satisfy the condition in which the following Eq_N value is 0.001 or less and the following Eq_C value is 0.03 or less. The residuals consist of Fe and inevitable impurities, and the fraction of the retained austenite is 5% or less. The present invention also relates to a galvanized steel sheet using same, to an alloyed galvanized steel sheet, and to a method for manufacturing same. Eq_N = N - 14 × (Ti/47.9 + Zr/91.2 + B/10.8) Eq_C = C - 12/92.9 × Nb Eq_C = C - 12 × (Nb/92.9 + (Ti - 47.9/14 ×N)/47.9+ (Zr - 91.2/14 × N)/91.2) (wherein, if Ti - 47.9/14 ×N < 0, Ti - 47.9/14 ×N is regarded as 0, and if Zr - 91.2/14 × N < 0, Zr - 91.2/14 × N is regarded as 0).
(FR) La présente invention concerne une tôle d'acier laminée à froid qui présente un rapport d'élasticité supérieur ou égal à 60%, une résistance aux bosses supérieure, une durabilité supérieure, une aptitude à l'emboutissage supérieure, avec une valeur r supérieure ou égale à 1,4, et une résistance à la traction supérieure qui est supérieure ou égale à 490 MPa. L'invention concerne également une tôle d'acier galvanisée utilisant une tôle du type susmentionné, une tôle d'acier allié galvanisée, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication correspondant. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement une tôle d'acier laminée à froid de haute résistance qui présente une aptitude à l'emboutissage profond supérieure et un rapport d'élasticité élevé, comprenant, en poids, C: 0,02-0,05%, Mn: 1,0-3,0%, Si: 0,5-2,0%, P: 0,05% ou moins, N: 0,006% ou moins, Al: 0,01-0.1%, S: 0,012% ou moins et Nb: 0,04-0,15%, ainsi que un ou plusieurs composants choisis dans le groupe composé de Ti, B et Zr, lesquels composants satisfont la condition dans laquelle la valeur Eq_N suivante est inférieure ou égale à 0,001 et la valeur Eq_C suivante est inférieure ou égale à 0,03. Le reste est composé de Fe et d'impuretés inévitables, et la fraction d'austénite retenue est inférieure ou égale à 5%. L'invention concerne également une tôle d'acier galvanisée utilisant une tôle du type susmentionné, une tôle d'acier allié galvanisée, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication correspondant. (KO) 본 발명은 항복비가 60%이상으로 내덴트성 및 내구성이 우수하고, r값이 1.4이상을 만족하여 드로잉성이 우수하며 490MPa 이상의 높은 인장강도를 갖는 냉연강판, 이를 이용한 용융아연도금강판, 합금화 용융아연도금강판 및 이들의 제조방법에 관한 것으로써, 중량%로, C: 0.02~0.05%, Mn: 1.0~3.0%, Si: 0.5~2.0%, P: 0.05%이하, N: 0.006%이하, Al: 0.01~0.1%, S: 0.012%이하, Nb: 0.04~0.15%가 첨가되고, Ti, B 및 Zr로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 1종 이상이 포함되며, 이 원소들은 아래의 Eq_N 값이 0.001 이하이고 Eq_C값이 0.03 이하를 동시에 만족하며, 나머지는 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고, 잔류 오스테나이트의 분율이 5%이하를 함유한 딥드로잉성이 우수하고 고항복비를 갖는 고강도 냉연강판, 이를 이용한 용융아연도금강판, 합금화 용융아연도금강판 및 이들의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
