Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a flame-retardant sheet for shock absorption and sealing, and more particularly, to a sheet in which an adhesive layer, a polyurethane layer, and a surface coating layer are sequentially stacked, wherein said polyurethane layer comprises a flame retardant containing melamine polyphosphate and diphenyl cresyl phosphate. In addition, the method for manufacturing a flame-retardant sheet for shock absorption and sealing comprises the steps of: providing a polyurethane layer including a flame retardant containing melamine polyphosphate and diphenyl cresyl phosphate; forming an adhesive layer on one side of the polyurethane layer; and forming a surface-coating layer on the other side of the polyurethane layer on which no adhesive layer is formed.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une feuille ignifuge pour l'amortissement des chocs et l'étanchéité, et plus particulièrement une feuille constituée d'une couche adhésive, d'une couche de polyuréthane et d'une couche de revêtement de surface séquentiellement empilées, ladite couche de polyuréthane comprenant un ignifuge contenant un polyphosphate de mélamine et un phosphate de diphényle et de crésyle. En outre, le procédé de fabrication de la feuille ignifuge pour l'amortissement des chocs et l'étanchéité comprend les étapes suivantes : l'obtention d'une couche de polyuréthane comprenant un ignifuge contenant un polyphosphate de mélamine et un phosphate de diphényle et de crésyle; la formation d'une couche adhésive sur un côté de la couche de polyuréthane; et la formation d'une couche de revêtement de surface sur l'autre côté de la couche de polyuréthane sur lequel aucune couche adhésive n'est formée.
(KO) 본 발명은 난연성이 있는 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 점착층, 폴리우레탄층 및 표면 코팅층이 순차적으로 적층된 구조를 가지는 시트로서, 상기 폴리우레탄층은 난연제로서 멜라민 폴리포스페이트 및 다이페닐 크레질 포스페이트를 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명의 난연성이 있는 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트의 제조 방법은 멜라민 폴리포스페이트 및 다이페닐 크레질 포스페이트의 난연제를 포함하는 폴리우레탄층을 준비하는 단계; 상기 폴리우레탄층의 일면에 점착층을 형성시키는 단계; 및 상기 폴리우레탄층의 점착층이 형성된 면과 다른 일면에 표면 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계를 포함한다.
