Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to non-oriented electrical steel sheets that are magnetized by SRA treatment and a manufacturing method thereof. The technical essence of the invention lies in: the non-oriented electrical steel sheets having strong magnetism by SRA treatment and comprising Si: 0.2 ~ 1.0%, Al: 0.9 ~ 2.0%, Mn: 0.1 ~ 0.5%, P: 0.01 ~ 0.05, the remaining % Fe; and other inevitable impurities, wherein Si and Al satisfy equations of 1.4≤Si + Al≤2.4 and 1≤Al/Si≤5; and the manufacturing method thereof. The present invention improves workability for client companies by obtaining a low Vickers hardness through deriving optimal process conditions and adjusting elements of Al and Si to optimum levels, and results in magnetism with high magnetic density and reduces iron loss through enhancing grain growth and improving texture.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des feuilles en acier, électriques, non orientées qui sont aimantées par un traitement de recuit de détente (SRA), et leur procédé de fabrication. L'aspect technique de cette invention repose sur le fait que les feuilles en acier électriques non orientées possèdent un fort magnétisme par le biais du traitement SRA et comprennent entre 0,2 et 1,0 % de Si, entre 0,9 et 2,0% d'Al, entre 0,1 et 0,0% de Mn, entre 0,01 et 0,05% de P, un certain pourcentage de reliquat de Fe et d'autres impuretés inévitables, Si et Al satisfaisant les équations 4≤Si + Al≤2.4 et 1≤Al/Si≤5. L'invention concerne aussi le procédé de fabrication desdites feuilles. Le procédé de cette invention permet à des entreprises clientes d'améliorer l'aptitude au façonnage et, donc, de parvenir à une faible dureté Vickers au moyen de l'obtention de conditions de traitement optimales et d'ajustement des éléments Al et Si à des niveaux optimaux. Il résulte, de ce procédé, un magnétisme à haute densité magnétique et une diminution de la perte de fer par amélioration, d'une part, de la croissance du grain et, d'autre part, de la texture.
(KO) 본 발명은 SRA 실시후 자기특성이 우수한 무방향성 전기강판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 중량%로 Si : 0.2 ~ 1.0%, Al : 0.9 ~ 2.0%, Mn : 0.1 ~ 0.5%, P : 0.01 ~ 0.05, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고, 상기 Si와 Al은 1.4≤Si + Al≤2.4 과 1≤Al/Si≤5 의 식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SRA 실시후 자기특성이 우수한 무방향성 전기강판 및 그 제조방법을 그 기술적 요지로 한다. 본 발명은 Al 및 Si 성분 및 최적의 공정 조건을 도출하여 적정수준으로 조정함으로써, 낮은 비커스 경도로인해 고객사의 가공성을 향상시키고, 우수한 결정립 성장성 및 집합조직에의해 저철손, 고자속밀도의 우수한 자기특성을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
