Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a technology for stably supplying power through a simple configuration when implementing a power interface circuit that supplies power to a contact IC card. For this purpose, the power interface circuit according to the invention comprises: a power control unit that inverses, amplifies, and outputs a power control signal supplied from the outside; a switching diode unit that controls on/off operation of a ground terminal transistor in a complementary transistor unit according to an output signal of the power control unit; the complementary transistor unit that allows a complementary transistor to inversely operate according to control signals respectively inputted directly from the power control unit and through the switching diode unit in order to transfer power terminal voltage to an power output unit and mutes a card power terminal of the power output unit to ground voltage level; and the power output unit that outputs the voltage inputted through the complementary transistor unit to a card power terminal of the IC card or maintains the card power terminal in the ground voltage level according to the operation of the complementary transistor unit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une technologie permettant de réaliser une alimentation électrique stable au moyen d'une configuration simple par mise en œuvre d'un circuit d'interface électrique qui alimente en électricité une carte à circuit intégré à contact. À cet effet, le circuit d'interface électrique selon l'invention comprend: un régulateur d'alimentation électrique qui inverse, amplifie et restitue à la sortie un signal de commande d'alimentation électrique fourni depuis l'extérieur; une unité à diode de commutation qui commande le fonctionnement marche/arrêt d'un transistor de borne de terre dans une unité à transistor complémentaire conformément à un signal de sortie du régulateur d'alimentation électrique; l'unité à transistor complémentaire qui, d'une part permet à un transistor complémentaire de fonctionner de façon inverse conformément aux signaux de commandes entrés respectivement directement depuis le régulateur d'alimentation électrique et au travers de l'unité à diode de commutation de façon à transférer la tension de la borne d'alimentation électrique à une unité de sortie d'alimentation électrique, et qui, d'autre part rend silencieuse une borne d'alimentation électrique de la carte de l'unité de sortie d'alimentation électrique en la ramenant à un niveau de tension de terre; et enfin l'unité de sortie d'alimentation électrique qui, via l'unité à transistor complémentaire, restitue en sortie à la borne d'alimentation électrique de carte de la carte à circuit intégré la tension fournie en entrée, ou qui maintient au niveau de tension de terre la borne d'alimentation électrique de la carte, en fonction du fonctionnement de l'unité à transistor complémentaire.
(KO) 본 발명은 접촉식 IC카드에 전원을 공급하는 전원 인터페이스 회로를 구현함에 있어서 보다 간단한 구성으로 안정되게 전원을 공급할 수 있도록 한 기술에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에 의한 전원 인터페이스 회로는, 외부로부터 공급되는 전원제어신호를 반전 및 증폭하여 출력하는 전원제어부와; 상기 전원제어부의 출력신호에 따라 상보형 트랜지스터부의 접지단자측 트랜지스터의 온오프 동작을 제어하는 스위칭 다이오드부와; 상기 전원제어부로부터 직접 입력되는 제어신호와 상기 스위칭 다이오드부를 통해 입력되는 제어신호에 의해 상보형 트랜지스터가 서로 상반되게 동작하면서 전원단자전압을 전원출력부 측으로 전달하거나, 그 전원출력부의 카드전원단자를 접지전압의 레벨로 뮤팅시키는 상보형 트랜지스터부와; 상기 상보형 트랜지스터부의 동작에 따라, 그 상보형 트랜지스터부를 통해 입력되는 전압을 IC카드의 카드전원단자에 출력하거나, 카드전원단자를 접지전압의 레벨로 유지 하는 전원출력부를 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 한다.
