Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is aimed at providing a manufacturing method for eyeglass frames including heterogeneous materials, and eyeglass frames manufactured using the same. The manufacturing method removes delamination by combining: a polyamide injection-molded material comprising thermoplastic engineering plastic which has excellent shape restoration properties; and an acetate solid pattern sheet. Thereby, the eyeglass frames manufactured by the present invention are high quality. The manufacturing method for eyeglass frames including heterogeneous materials of the present invention comprises: a step of cutting the acetate solid pattern sheet along a design pattern prepared in advance; a step of softening the solid pattern sheet by immersing the solid pattern sheet cut along the design pattern in the softener; a step of joining heterogeneous materials and simultaneously restoring the solid pattern sheet using one of two methods, one of which is hot-pressing after bonding the softened solid pattern sheet to a selected position of the polyamide injection-molded material for eyeglass frames prepared in advance using the adhesive, the other of which is implementing one process chosen from a group of processes including a hot melt fusion process, a heat fusion process, a high-frequency fusion process, and an ultrasonic wave fusion process; a step of surface-grinding the heterogeneous materials of the eyeglass frames in a barrel that have been dried and were manufactured by combining the acetate solid pattern sheet and polyamide injection-molded material; and a step of implementing the top coating on the surface layer of the heterogeneous eyeglass frames.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de montures de lunettes comportant des matériaux hétérogènes, et des montures de lunettes fabriquées par ce procédé. Le procédé de fabrication élimine le délaminage par la combinaison : d'un matériau polyamide moulé par injection comportant une matière plastique à modification thermoplastique présentant d'excellentes propriétés de mémoire de forme; et une feuille d'acétate de motifs solide. Par conséquent, les montures de lunettes selon la présente invention sont de grande qualité. Le procédé de fabrication de montures de lunettes comportant des matériaux hétérogènes comprend : une étape de découpe de la feuille d'acétate de motifs solide selon un motif préalablement conçu une étape de ramollissement de la feuille de motifs solide par l'immersion de la feuille à motifs solide découpé selon un motif préalablement conçu dans un plastifiant; une étape d'assemblage de matériaux hétérogènes et la restauration simultanée de la feuille à motifs solide au moyen d'un de deux procédés, dont l'un est le pressage à chaud après la liaison de la feuille à motifs solide ramolli à une position choisie du matériau polyamide moulé par injection pour des montures de lunettes préparées à l'avance au moyen de l'adhésif, l'autre procédé consistant en un procédé choisi parmi un groupe de procédés comprenant un procédé d'induction par extrusion à chaud, un procédé de thermofusion, un procédé de soudage à haute fréquence, et un procédé de soudage par ondes ultrasonores; une étape de doucissage des matériaux hétérogènes des montures de lunettes dans une cuve qui ont été séchées et ont été fabriquées par la combinaison de la feuille d'acétate de motifs solide et le matériau polyamide moulé par injection; et une étape de revêtement supérieur sur la couche superficielle des montures de lunettes hétérogènes.
(KO) 본 발명의 목적은 형상 복원능력이 우수한 열가소성 엔지니어링 플라스틱 계열의 폴리아미드 사출물과 아세테이트계의 입체문양시트를 결합시켜 박리현상이 없는 화려한 고품질의 안경테를 제작할 수 있는 이종소재 안경테의 제조방법과 그 방법에 의해 제조된 안경테를 제공하는데 있다. 본 발명의 이종소재 안경테의 제조방법은 아세테이트계 입체문양시트를 사전에 결정된 디자인 패턴으로 컷팅하는 공정과, 디자인 패턴에 따라 컷팅된 입체문양시트를 연화제에 침지하여 연화시키는 공정과, 사전에 제작한 폴리아미드 안경테 사출물의 정해진 위치에 연화된 입체문양시트를 접착제를 이용하여 접착시킨 후 가열 가압을 실시하여 이종소재를 접합시킴과 동시에 연화된 입체문양시트를 복원시키거나 또는 핫멜트융착공정, 가열융착공정, 고주파융착공정, 초음파융착공정 중 어느 하나의 공정을 실시하여 이종소재를 접합시킴과 동시에 연화된 입체문양시트를 복원시키는 공정과, 상기 공정에서 제작된 아세테이트 입체문양시트와 폴리아미드 사출물의 결합에 의한 이종소재 안경테를 건조한 후 바렐에서 표면연마를 실시하는 공정과, 표면이 연마된 이종소재 안경테의 표면층에 탑코팅을 실시하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
