Abstract:
(EN) Characteristics such as battery capacity are improved by exposing the crystal faces where the lithium ions enter and exit favorably (faces other than the (003) face: for example, the (101) face or the (104) face)) to more electrolyte. Disclosed are plate-shaped particles for the positive electrode active material of lithium secondary batteries that have a layered rock salt structure wherein the (003) face is oriented in a direction that intersects with the direction of the particle plate surface and the porosity is 10% or less. The ratio β/α of the measured surface area of said particles determined from measured values for BET specific surface area (β) to the hypothetical surface area of said particles that is specified from the shape and thickness of said flat surface (α), when it is assumed that the particle plate surface is smooth, is 3‑10.
(FR) On améliore des caractéristiques telles que la capacité de batterie en exposant à une plus grande quantité d'électrolyte les faces cristallines par lesquelles entrent et sortent favorablement les ions lithium (faces autres que la face (003): par exemple, face (101) ou (104)). On décrit des particules en forme de plaque pour le matériau actif d'électrode positive de batteries secondaires au lithium, présentant une structure de halite stratifié dans laquelle la face (003) est orientée en intersection par rapport à la surface de plaque des particules, pour une porosité inférieure ou égale à 10 %. Le rapport β/α entre la surface mesurée des particules déterminée à partir de mesures pour la surface spécifique BET (β) et la surface hypothétique des particules spécifiée à partir de la forme et de l'épaisseur de la surface plate (α), en supposant que la surface de plaque des particules est lisse, est compris entre 3 et 10.
(JA) リチウムイオンの出入りが良好に行われる結晶面((003)面以外の面:例えば(101)面や(104)面)を、より多く電解質に露出させることで、電池容量等の特性を向上する。層状岩塩構造を有する、リチウム二次電池の正極活物質用の板状粒子であって、(003)面が、粒子板面方向と交差する方向に配向していて、気孔率が10%以下である。また、粒子板面が平滑であると仮定した場合にその平面形状及び厚さから規定される当該粒子の仮想的表面積(α)に対する、BET比表面積の測定値から求められる当該粒子の実測表面積(β)との比β/αが、3以上10以下である。
