Abstract:
(EN) An aspect of the present invention is directed to a method for forming a mirror-reflecting film on a waveguide in an optical wiring board, characterized in that a multilayer film, in which a base (A), a metal layer (B) and an adhesive layer (C) are layered in this order, is used, and the metal layer is transferred and bonded to an inclined face for mirror-reflecting film formation provided on the waveguide, with the adhesive layer (C) of the multilayer film intervening. The present invention provides a method which, when forming a mirror-reflecting film on a waveguide in an optical wiring board, enables inexpensive and easy formation of the mirror-reflecting film, using the smallest quantity of metal possible and employing comparatively simple facilities and techniques.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de former un film réfléchissant à effet miroir sur un guide d'onde dans une carte de câblage optique, qui se caractérise en ce qu'un film multicouche constitué d'une base (A), d'une couche métallique (B) et d'une couche adhésive (C) superposées dans cet ordre, est utilisé et la couche métallique est transférée puis collée sur une face inclinée afin de former un film réfléchissant à effet miroir sur le guide d'onde, la couche adhésive (C) du film multicouche intervenant dans ce processus. La présente invention concerne également un procédé qui, lors de la formation du film réfléchissant à effet miroir sur un guide d'onde dans une carte de câblage optique, permet la formation bon marché et simple du film réfléchissant à effet miroir au moyen de la plus petite quantité de métal possible selon des techniques et à l'aide d'outils comparativement simples.
