Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a sealed battery having no liquid leakage and no loss of volumetric energy density. Disclosed is a sealing body for a sealed battery equipped with an approximately rectangular sealing plate that has a through-hole and/or a thin part which is thinner than other parts, and with an electrode external terminal that is attached to the aforementioned through-hole and/or the aforementioned thin part of the aforementioned sealing plate, said sealing body being characterized in that the thickness of the outer edge of the sealing body near the aforementioned terminal plate is greater than that of the other parts. The thick part preferably is 0.1-0.4 mm thicker than that of the other parts, and the width of the thick part preferably is 0.1-0.5 mm.
(FR) L'invention concerne une batterie hermétique sans fuite de liquide ni perte de densité d'énergie volumique. L'invention concerne également un élément d'étanchéité pour une batterie hermétique, comprenant une plaque d'étanchéité sensiblement rectangulaire présentant un trou traversant et/ou une partie amincie qui est plus mince que d'autres parties, une borne externe d'électrode étant fixée au trou traversant et/ou à la partie amincie de la plaque d'étanchéité. L'élément d'étanchéité est caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de son bord extérieur à proximité de la plaque d'étanchéité est supérieure à celle des autres parties. La partie épaissie est de préférence plus épaisse de 0,1 à 0,4 mm que les autres parties, et la largeur de la partie épaissie est de préférence comprise entre 0,1 et 0,5 mm.
