Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a conductive paste for an external electrode, which enables a multilayer ceramic electronic component to have good electrical characteristics (electrical capacitance, tan δ) when an external electrode of the multilayer ceramic electronic component is formed from the conductive paste. Specifically disclosed is a conductive paste for an external electrode, which contains (A) metal particles having an average particle diameter of 0.2-30 μm and a melting point of not less than 700˚C, (B) metal particles having an average particle diameter of 0.2-18 μm and a melting point of 200˚C or more but less than 700˚C, (C) a paste which is obtained by mixing one or more copper-containing compounds selected from a group consisting of copper nitrate, copper cyanide, copper octanoate, copper formate, copper acetate, copper oxalate, copper benzoate and copper acetylacetonate, an amino compound, and if necessary, an organic solvent, and (D) a thermosetting resin.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet une pâte conductrice pour une électrode externe, qui permet à un composant électronique céramique multicouche d'avoir de bonnes caractéristiques électriques (capacité électrique, tan δ) lorsqu'une électrode externe du composant électronique céramique multicouche est formée à partir de la pâte conductrice. La présente invention concerne spécifiquement une pâte conductrice pour une électrode externe, qui contient (A) des particules métalliques ayant un diamètre moyen de particules de 0,2 à 30 μm et un point de fusion pas inférieur à 700 °C, (B) des particules métalliques ayant un diamètre moyen de particules de 0,2 à 18 μm et un point de fusion de 200 °C ou plus mais inférieur à 700 °C, (C) une pâte qui est obtenue en mélangeant un ou plusieurs composés contenant du cuivre choisis dans le groupe comprenant le nitrate de cuivre, le cyanure de cuivre, l'octanoate de cuivre, le formate de cuivre, l'acétate de cuivre, l'oxalate de cuivre, le benzoate de cuivre et l'acétylacétonate de cuivre, un composé aminé, et si nécessaire, un solvant organique, et (D) une résine thermodurcissable.
