Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a polyketone fiber which is characterized in that 1-oxotrimethylene represented by formula (1) makes up 97% or more of repeating units contained in the polyketone fiber.  The polyketone fiber is also characterized in that, when a fiber cross-section taken in a direction orthogonal to the axis of the polyketone fiber is observed on a transmission electron microscope using ruthenium tetraoxide as an electron beam staining agent, the fiber cross-section has a region which is continuously stained with ruthenium tetraoxide from the surface of the polyketone fiber toward to the interior of the polyketone fiber, wherein the ratio of the thickness of the stained region in the fiber cross-section (i.e., the distance that goes from the fiber surface toward the interior of the fiber) to the single fiber fineness (the outer diameter) of the polyketone fiber is 0.002:1 to 0.2:1.  Also disclosed is a fiber-reinforced composite material comprising the polyketone fiber as a reinforcing fiber and a matrix agent.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une fibre de polycétone qui est caractérisée en ce que le 1-oxotriméthylène représenté par la formule (1) constitue 97 % ou plus des unités répétitives contenues dans la fibre de polycétone. La fibre de polycétone est également caractérisée en ce que, lorsqu'une coupe transversale de fibre prise dans une direction orthogonale à l'axe de la fibre de polycétone est observée sur un microscope électronique à transmission à l'aide de tétraoxyde de ruthénium en tant qu'agent de coloration de faisceau d'électrons, la coupe transversale de la fibre a une région qui est colorée de façon continue par le tétraoxyde de ruthénium à partir de la surface de la fibre de polycétone vers l'intérieur de la fibre de polycétone, le rapport de l'épaisseur de la région colorée dans la coupe transversale de la fibre (c'est-à-dire la distance de la surface de la fibre vers l'intérieur de la fibre) à la finesse de fibre individuelle (le diamètre externe) de la fibre de polycétone étant de 0,002:1 à 0,2:1. L'invention porte également sur un matériau composite renforcé par des fibres comportant la fibre de polycétone en tant que fibre de renforcement et un agent de matrice.
(JA)  本発明に係るポリケトン繊維は、繰り返し単位の97%以上が以下の式(1): で表される1-オキソトリメチレンから構成されるポリケトン繊維であって、該ポリケトン繊維軸と直交する方向の該繊維断面を、電子線染色剤である四酸化ルテニウムを用いて透過型電子顕微鏡で観察するとき、該ポリケトン繊維の表面から内部に向かって連続的に該四酸化ルテニウムで染色された領域が存在し、かつ、該繊維断面内での該染色された領域の厚み(繊維表面から内部に向かう距離)対該ポリケトン繊維の単糸繊度(外径)の比が、0.002:1~0.2:1であることを特徴とする。強化繊維としての前記ポリケトン繊維、及びマトリックス剤を含む繊維強化複合材料も提供される。
