(JA) 蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ
Abstract:
(EN) An evaporator (1) having a cold thermal energy storage function is provided with flat refrigerant flow pipes (12) arranged at intervals next to each other with the width direction of the pipes (12) aligned with the airflow direction.  Airflow gaps (13, 13A) are formed between adjacent refrigerant flow pipes (12).  Among the airflow gaps (13, 13A), some air flow gaps (13A) are provided with containers (14) in which cold thermal energy storage substances are sealed, and the containers (14) are each brazed to the refrigerant flow pipes (12) on both sides thereof.  The remaining airflow gaps (13) are provided with corrugated fins (15), and the fins (15) are brazed to the refrigerant flow pipes (12) on both sides thereof.  Outwardly projecting projections (23) are provided to each of the containers (14) on both side surfaces thereof, and the ends of the projections (23) are brazed to the refrigerant flow pipes (12).  The configuration mentioned above can minimize a reduction in the cooling performance of the evaporator having a cold thermal energy storage function.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un évaporateur (1) possédant une fonction de stockage d'énergie thermique froide qui est équipé de tuyaux plats d'écoulement de fluide frigorigène (12) disposés à intervalles les uns des autres dans le sens de la largeur des tuyaux (12) alignés selon la direction d'écoulement de l'air. Des interstices d'écoulement d'air (13, 13A) sont formés entre des tuyaux d'écoulement de fluide frigorigène adjacents (12). Parmi les interstices d'écoulement d'air (13, 13A), certains d'entre eux (13A) sont équipés de contenants (14) dans lesquels sont scellées des substances de stockage d'énergie thermique froide, et les contenants (14) sont chacun brasés aux tuyaux d'écoulement de fluide frigorigène (12) sur leurs deux côtés. Les interstices d'écoulement d'air restants (13) sont dotés d'ailettes ondulées (15) et les ailettes (15) sont brasées aux tuyaux d'écoulement du fluide frigorigène (12) sur leurs deux côtés. Des saillies dépassant vers l'extérieur (23) sont formées sur chacun des contenants (14) sur leurs deux surfaces latérales et les extrémités des saillies (23) sont brasées aux tuyaux d'écoulement du fluide frigorigène (12). La configuration mentionnée ci-dessus peut réduire une baisse de la performance de refroidissement de l'évaporateur possédant une fonction de stockage d'énergie thermique froide.
(JA)  蓄冷機能付きエバポレータ1は、幅方向を通風方向に向けるとともに、互いに間隔をおいて並列状に配置された複数の扁平状冷媒流通管12を有している。隣り合う冷媒流通管12どうしの間に通風間隙13,13Aを形成する。全通風間隙13,13Aのうち一部の複数の通風間隙13Aに、蓄冷材が封入された蓄冷材容器14を配置して両側の冷媒流通管12にろう付する。残りの通風間隙13に、コルゲートフィン15を配置して両側の冷媒流通管12にろう付する。蓄冷材容器14の両側面に、外方に突出した複数の凸部23を設け、凸部23の突出端部を冷媒流通管12にろう付する。この蓄冷機能付きエバポレータによれば、冷却性能の低下を抑制しうる。
