Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a polymer alloy fiber which has excellent wear resistance, while exhibiting excellent lightweightness and resilience.  In addition, the polymer alloy fiber has excellent aesthetic properties after being dyed.  Also disclosed is a fiber structure configured of the polymer alloy fiber. The polymer alloy fiber is composed of a polymer alloy which is obtained by blending (A) a polylactic acid resin, (B) a polyolefin resin, and (C) a compatibilizer that is an acrylic elastomer or styrene elastomer containing at least one functional group selected from among an acid anhydride group, a carboxyl group, an amino group, an imino group, an alkoxysilyl group, a silanol group, a silyl ether group, a hydroxyl group and an epoxy group.  The morphology of the polymer alloy has a sea-island structure wherein the polylactic acid resin (A) forms the island component and the polyolefin resin (B) forms the sea component.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une fibre en alliage polymère qui présente une excellente résistance à l'usure tout en montrant une légèreté et une résilience excellentes. Par ailleurs, la fibre en alliage polymère possède d'excellentes propriétés esthétiques après teinture. L'invention concerne également une structure fibreuse conçue avec la fibre en alliage polymère. La fibre en alliage polymère est composée d'un alliage polymère qui est obtenu par le mélange (A) d'une résine d'acide polylactique, (B) d'une résine polyoléfinique et (C) d'un agent de compatibilité qui est un élastomère acrylique ou un élastomère styrénique contenant au moins un groupe fonctionnel choisi parmi un groupe anhydride acide, un groupe carboxyle, un groupe amino, un groupe imino, un groupe alcoxysilyle, un groupe silanol, un groupe éther silylique, un groupe hydroxyle et un groupe époxy. La morphologie de l'alliage polymère possède une structure de mer et d'île, la résine d'acide polylactique (A) formant l'île et la résine polyoléfinique (B) formant la mer.
(JA) 本発明は、耐摩耗性に優れるとともに、軽量性や反発性、更には染色後の審美性に優れたポリマーアロイ繊維および該繊維から構成される繊維構造体を提供することを課題とする。 本発明のポリマーアロイ繊維は、ポリ乳酸系樹脂(A)、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)、および相溶化剤(C)とを配合してなるポリマーアロイからなるポリマーアロイ繊維であって、相溶化剤(C)が酸無水物基、カルボキシル基、アミノ基、イミノ基、アルコキシシリル基、シラノール基、シリルエーテル基、ヒドロキシル基およびエポキシ基から選択される少なくとも1種の官能基を含有するアクリル系エラストマーまたはスチレン系エラストマーであって、該ポリマーアロイのモルフォロジーが、ポリ乳酸系樹脂(A)が島成分を形成し、ポリオレフィン系樹脂(B)が海成分を形成した海島構造である。
