Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a marker capable of identifying a pancreatic progenitor cell selectively. Also disclosed is a method for identifying a pancreatic progenitor cell using the maker as an indicator. Further disclosed is a reagent for use in the method. A surface marker Neph3 (Nephrin-like 3) capable of being expressed in a pancreatic progenitor cell specifically is identified, and the isolation or the like of a pancreatic progenitor cell is successfully achieved using the marker as an indicator. The use of Neph3 as an indicator enables the selection of a pancreatic progenitor cell alive without the need of using any translation product or transcription product of a foreign gene. The marker is useful for obtaining or identifying a pancreatic progenitor cell for use in regenerative medicine for pancreatic diseases or the like.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un marqueur capable d'identifier une cellule progénitrice pancréatique de manière sélective. L'invention porte également sur un procédé d'identification d'une cellule progénitrice pancréatique à l'aide du marqueur en tant qu'indicateur. L'invention porte en outre sur un réactif pour une utilisation dans le procédé. Un marqueur de surface Neph3 (de type néphrine 3) capable d'être exprimé de manière spécifique dans une cellule progénitrice pancréatique est identifié, et l'isolement ou similaire d'une cellule progénitrice pancréatique est obtenu avec succès à l'aide du marqueur en tant qu'indicateur. L'utilisation de Neph3 en tant qu'indicateur permet la sélection d'une cellule progénitrice pancréatique vivante sans utiliser un quelconque produit de traduction ou produit de transcription d'un gène étranger. Le marqueur est utile pour obtenir ou identifier une cellule progénitrice pancréatique pour une utilisation en médecine régénérative pour des maladies pancréatiques ou similaires.
(JA) 【課題】本発明は、膵臓前駆細胞を選択的に識別可能なマーカーを提供する。また本発明は、該マーカーを指標として膵臓前駆細胞を識別する方法、並びに、該方法に用いるための試薬を提供する。 【解決手段】 膵臓前駆細胞で特異的に発現する表面マーカーNeph3(Nephrin-like 3)を同定し、該マーカーを指標として膵臓前駆細胞を分離等することに成功した。Neph3を指標とすることで、外来遺伝子の翻訳産物や転写産物を用いることなく膵臓前駆細胞を生きたまま選別することが可能である。同マーカーは、膵臓疾患の再生医療等に適用するための膵臓前駆細胞の取得や同定に有用である。
