Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for efficiently producing an epoxy compound from an allyl ether with an aromatic ring, under temperate conditions, using hydrogen peroxide as an oxidizing agent, without using organic solvents. An epoxy compound production method causes an allyl ether with an aromatic ring to react with hydrogen peroxide to epoxidize a carbon-carbon double bond in the allyl group, thereby producing an epoxy compound with a corresponding aromatic ring, which method is characterized by using only water as a solvent, without using organic solvents, and by using a tungsten compound and tertiary amines and/or quaternary ammonium salts as the reaction catalyst.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la production efficace d'un composé époxy à partir d'un éther d'allyle comprenant un noyau aromatique, dans des conditions modérées, à l'aide de peroxyde d'hydrogène comme agent oxydant, sans utiliser de solvants organiques. Un procédé de production d'un composé époxy amène un éther d'allyle comprenant un noyau aromatique à réagir avec du peroxyde d'hydrogène pour époxyder une double liaison carbone-carbone dans le groupe allyle, ce qui produit de cette manière un composé époxy comprenant un noyau aromatique correspondant, lequel procédé est caractérisé par le fait qu'on n'utilise que de l'eau comme solvant, sans utiliser de solvants organiques, et qu'on utilise du composé du tungstène et des amines tertiaires et/ou des sels d'ammonium quaternaires comme catalyseurs de réaction.
(JA)  温和な条件下、有機溶媒を使用せず、過酸化水素を酸化剤に用いて、芳香環を有するアリルエーテルからエポキシ化合物を効率良く製造する方法を提供する。芳香環を有するアリルエーテルを過酸化水素と反応させてアリル基の炭素-炭素二重結合をエポキシ化することにより対応する芳香環を有するエポキシ化合物を製造する方法であって、溶媒として有機溶媒を使用せずに水のみを使用し、かつ、反応触媒としてタングステン化合物並びに3級アミン及び/又は4級アンモニウム塩を使用することを特徴とするエポキシ化合物の製造方法。
