(JA) 船舶用排熱回収システムの制御方法及び制御装置
Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a control method and a control device for an exhaust heat recovery system which are capable of preventing an onboard power outage in response to a sharp change in the load of the main drive machine. For an exhaust heat recovery system for which a portion of the exhaust gas generated by the ship's main drive machine is supplied to a gas turbine and the amount of heat of the exhaust gas exhausted by the gas turbine is conducted to an exhaust gas economizer, this control method and control device: obtain an estimated or calculated current reserve amount of heat (Q), which is based on the heat energy detection signal of the exhaust gas economizer; obtain, based on the operational state of an auxiliary electrical generator and on the onboard load power, a reference amount of heat (Qmin), which is required to maintain the required power until the auxiliary electrical generator starts up; compare the current reserve amount of heat (Q) and the reference amount of heat (Qmin); and, based on the result of the comparison, select the operating state of the auxiliary electrical generator from either stop, idle or driving operation.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé de commande et sur un dispositif de commande pour un système de récupération de chaleur d'échappement, aptes à empêcher une panne électrique à bord en réponse à une modification brutale de la charge de la machine de propulsion principale. Pour un système de récupération de chaleur d'échappement pour lequel une partie du gaz d'échappement généré par la machine d'entraînement principale de navire est délivrée à une turbine à gaz et la quantité de chaleur du gaz d'échappement évacué par la turbine à gaz est amenée vers un économiseur de gaz d'échappement, ce procédé de commande et ce dispositif de commande : obtenir une valeur de réserve actuelle calculée ou estimée de chaleur (Q), sur la base du signal de détection d'énergie thermique de l'économiseur de gaz d'échappement, obtenir, en fonction de l'état de fonctionnement d'un générateur d'électricité auxiliaire et de l'énergie de charge à bord, une valeur de référence de chaleur (Qmin) nécessaire au maintien de la puissance nécessaire jusqu'à ce que le générateur électrique auxiliaire démarre ; comparer la valeur actuelle de réserve de chaleur (Q) et la valeur de référence de chaleur (Qmin) ; et, en fonction des résultats de la comparaison, choisir l'état de fonctionnement du générateur électrique auxiliaire à partir d'une situation d'arrêt, de repos ou de fonctionnement.
(JA) 急激な主駆動機の負荷変化に対して船内の停電を防止することができる排熱回収システムの制御方法及び制御装置を提供する。船の主駆動機にて発生した排ガスの一部をガスタービンに供給し該ガスタービンで排出される排ガスの熱量を排ガスエコノマイザーへ導く排熱回収システムの制御方法及び制御装置において、前記排ガスエコノマイザーの熱エネルギ検知信号に基づいて推定若しくは演算された現在蓄熱量Qと、 前記補助発電機の運転状態と船内の負荷電力に基づいて該補助発電機の起動時間まで必要電力を維持するのに必要な基準熱量Qminとを求めた後に、前記現在蓄熱量Qと前記該基準熱量Qminとを比較し、該比較結果に基づいて前記補助発電機の運転状態を停止、待機若しくは駆動運転の何れかから選択する
