Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a forging method that can reduce die wear and can avoid elevation of processing load due to contact between the shank tip surface and the dies and improve mold life even when raw materials of excessive weight are intermixed, a molding device for forgings, and a tripod uniform motion universal joint. After molding of a preform (20A) as a material, the preform (20A) is placed in a closed forging mold (30) and a product is molded in the closed forging mold (30). On the prepared tip surface that makes up the tip surface (17a) of the shank (17) of the product in the preform (20A), a die wear-suppressing part (65) for suppressing thickness reduction in the outer perimeter of the tip surface (17a) of the shank (17) of the product (16) is formed. When the preform (20A) is placed in the closed forging mold (30) and the product (16) is molded, a clearance (26) is formed between the tip surface (17a) of the shank (17) that is being molded and the cavity (24) in the closed forging mold (30).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de forgeage pouvant réduire l'usure de la matrice et pouvant éviter l'élévation de la charge de traitement due au contact entre la surface d'extrémité de la tige et les matrices et améliorant la durée de vie du moule même quand des matières premières d'un poids excessif sont mélangées, un dispositif de moulage pour des pièces forgées, et une articulation universelle à mouvement uniforme à trépied. Après le moulage d'une préforme (20A) en tant que matière, la préforme (20A) est positionnée dans un moule de forgeage (30) fermé, et un produit est moulé dans le moule de forgeage (30) fermé. Sur la surface d'extrémité préparée constituant la surface d'extrémité (17a) de la tige (17) du produit dans la préforme (20A), une partie supprimant l'usure de la matrice (65) pour supprimer la réduction de l'épaisseur dans le périmètre extérieur de la surface d'extrémité (17a) de la tige (17) du produit (16) est formée. Quand la préforme (20A) est placée dans le moule de forgeage (30) fermé, et que le produit (16) est moulé, un espace (26) est formé entre la surface d'extrémité (17a) de la tige (17) en cours de moulage et la cavité (24) dans le moule de forgeage (30) fermé.
(JA)  本発明はダレを小さくでき、重量が過大な素材が混入された場合でも、軸部の先端面とダイスの接触による加工荷重の上昇を回避でき、金型の寿命を向上させることが可能な鍛造方法、鍛造品成形装置、及びトリポード型等速自在継手を提供する。本発明は材料としての予備成形品20Aを成形した後、閉塞鍛造金型30に予備成形品20Aを投入して、閉塞鍛造金型30にて製品を成形するものである。予備成形品20Aにおける製品の軸部17の先端面17aを構成する予備先端面に、製品16の軸部17の先端面17aの外周部におけるボス部側の肉減少を抑制するためのダレ抑制部65を形成する。予備成形品20Aを閉塞鍛造金型30に投入して、製品16を成形する際には、成形される軸部17の先端面17aと閉塞鍛造金型30のキャビテイ24との間に逃げ部26が形成されている。
