Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a forging method and closed forging mold that can reduce the closing force borne by the dies and can use relatively small closing devices even for large products. Tripod uniform motion universal joints using tripod members molded using such closed forging molds are also provided. Using a closed forging mold provided with closable dies (11, 12) and punches (14, 15) that press the material in said dies (11) and (12), a product (tripod member) (16) that has a boss part (18) and a shank (17) that protrudes radially from said boss part (18) is molded. The projected area of the boss part (18) in the direction of the boss axis toward the dies (11, 12) is made to be smaller than the projected area in the direction of the boss axis toward the dies when the outside surface is made into a convex surface with the boss part shaft center as the center.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de forgeage et un moule de forgeage fermé pouvant réduire la force de fermeture supportée par les matrices et pouvant utiliser des dispositifs de fermeture relativement petits même pour de grands produits. L'invention concerne également les articulations universelles à mouvement uniforme à trépied utilisant des éléments de trépied moulés en utilisant ces moules de forgeage fermés. En utilisant un moule de forgeage fermé doté de matrices fermables (11, 12) et de poinçons (14, 15) pressant la matière dans lesdites matrices (11) et (12), un produit (élément de trépied) (16) est moulé, comportant une partie de protubérance (18) et une tige (17) saillante radialement depuis ladite partie de protubérance (18). La surface projetée de la partie de protubérance (18) dans la direction de l'axe de la protubérance vers les matrices (11, 12) est inférieure à la surface projetée dans la direction de l'axe de la protubérance vers les matrices quand la surface extérieure est réalisée en surface convexe, le centre de l'axe de la partie de protubérance servant de centre.
(JA)  本発明はダイスに負荷する閉塞力を軽減することができ、大型サイズの製品であっても比較的小型の閉塞装置の使用が可能な鍛造方法及び閉塞鍛造金型を提供し、また、このような閉塞鍛造金型を用いて成形したトリポード部材を使用したトリポード型等速自在継手を提供する。本発明は開閉可能なダイス11、12とこのダイス11、12内の材料を押圧するパンチ14、15とを備えた閉塞鍛造金型を用いて、ボス部18と、このボス部18から放射状に突設される軸部17とを有する製品(トリポード部材)16を成形する。ボス部18のダイス11、12側へのボス部軸方向の投影面積を、外径面をボス部軸心を中心とした一つの凸曲面とした際のダイス側へのボス部軸方向の投影面積よりも小さくする。
