Abstract:
(EN) A glass substrate which has a high glass transition point, a coefficient of thermal expansion close to that of soda-lime glass, and a low specific gravity and which rarely yellows and has satisfactory meltability and high productivity. The glass substrate has a composition substantially comprising, in terms of oxide amount in mass%, 55-65% SiO2, 4-8% Al2O3, 6-9% MgO, 0.1-5% CaO, 0.5-6% SrO, 0-2% BaO, 6.6-19% MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO, 0-5% Na2O, 9.5-21% K2O, 10-22% Na2O+K2O, 0.5-5% ZrO2, and 0.06-0.15% Fe2O3.  The glass substrate has a specific gravity of 2.7 or lower, an average coefficient of thermal expansion at 50-350ºC of 80×10-7 to 90×10-7/ºC, and a glass transition point of 640ºC or higher.  When the viscosity is expressed by η, logη=2 is satisfied at a temperature of 1,550ºC or lower.  The glass surface has a value of yellow coloration (b*) of 8 or smaller.
(FR) Le substrat en verre ci-décrit a un point de transition vitreuse élevé, un coefficient de dilatation thermique proche de celui du verre sodocalcique, et une basse gravité spécifique. Il jaunit rarement et possède une aptitude à la fusion satisfaisante et une productivité élevée. Le substrat en verre a une composition comprenant essentiellement, en termes de quantité d'oxyde en % en poids, 55-65 % de SiO2, 4-8 % d'Al2O3, 6-9 % de MgO, 0,1-5 % de CaO, 0,5-6 % de SrO, 0-2 % de BaO, 6,6-19 % de MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO, 0-5 % de Na2O, 9,5-21 % de K2O, 10-22 % de Na2O+K2O, 0,5-5 % de ZrO2, and 0,06-0,15 % de Fe2O3.
