Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a substrate for a display device, wherein generation of a region which is not filled with the components of a liquid material is suppressed by simple processes during the formation of color layers by a coating method such as an inkjet method using the liquid material, thereby achieving good display quality.  Also disclosed are a method for manufacturing the substrate for a display device, and a display device.  The substrate for a display device comprises, on a major surface thereof, a bank formed of a resin material, and color layers arranged in a plurality of pixel regions surrounded by the bank.  The color layers are formed of the liquid material, and the bank is provided with an impregnated region containing the components of the liquid material.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un substrat pour un dispositif d'affichage, la génération d'une région qui n'est pas remplie avec les composants d'un matériau liquide, étant supprimée par des procédés simples pendant la formation des couches de couleur par un procédé de revêtement, tel qu'un procédé par jet d'encre, à l'aide du matériau liquide, obtenant, de ce fait, une bonne qualité d'affichage. La présente invention porte également sur un procédé permettant de fabriquer le substrat pour un dispositif d'affichage et sur un dispositif d'affichage. Le substrat pour un dispositif d'affichage comprend, sur une surface principale de ce dernier, une plage formée d'un matériau résineux, et des couches de couleur agencées dans une pluralité de régions de pixel entourées par la plage. Les couches de couleur sont formées du matériau liquide et la plage est pourvue d'une région imprégnée contenant les composants du matériau liquide.
(JA) 本発明は、インクジェット法等の塗布法による液状材料を用いた色層の形成に際し、簡易な工程で、液状材料中の成分が充填されない領域の発生を抑制でき、良好な表示品位が実現できる表示装置用基板及びその製造方法並びに表示装置を提供することを目的とする。本発明の表示装置用基板は、基板の主面上に、樹脂材料からなるバンクと、上記バンクによって囲まれた複数の絵素領域に配置された色層とを備えた表示装置用基板であって、上記色層は、液状材料から形成され、上記バンクは、上記液状材料中の成分を含有する含浸領域を備える表示装置用基板である。
