Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a fine structural body which can exhibit nonconventional novel properties, a method for manufacturing such fine structural body, and magnetic memory, charge storage memory and optical information recording memory using such fine structural body. A fine structural body (1) is different from conventional bulk bodies wherein the phase transforms into a nonmagnetic semiconductor and a paramagnetic metal at a temperature of approximately 460 K, and the fine structural body can exhibits nonconventional novel properties, i.e., properties of constantly maintaining the properties of paramagnetic metals in the all temperature regions without transforming into a nonmagnetic semiconductor, even having a composition of Ti3O5.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un corps à structure fine qui peut présenter de nouvelles propriétés non conventionnelles, sur un procédé pour la fabrication d'un tel corps à structure fine et sur une mémoire magnétique, une mémoire à condensateurs et une mémoire d'enregistrement optique d'informations utilisant un tel corps à structure fine. L'invention porte sur un corps à structure fine (1) qui est différent des corps massifs classiques dans lequel la phase se transforme en un semi-conducteur non magnétique et un métal paramagnétique à une température d'à peu près 460 K et le corps à structure fine peut présenter de nouvelles propriétés non conventionnelles, c'est-à-dire des propriétés de conservation constante des propriétés de métaux paramagnétiques dans toutes les plages de température sans se transformer en un semi-conducteur non magnétique, même ayant une composition de Ti3O5.
(JA) 従来にない新規な物性を発現し得る微小構造体及びその製造方法と、それを用いた磁気メモリ、電荷蓄積型メモリ及び光情報記録媒体を提供する。 温度が約460K付近において非磁性半導体と常磁性金属とに相転移する従来におけるバルク体とは異なり、Tiの組成を有しても、非磁性半導体に相転移せずに、全ての温度領域において常磁性金属の特性を常に維持することができるという従来にない新規な物性を発現し得る微小構造体1を提供できる。
