Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for inspecting an optical information recording medium, wherein an off track record generated on the optical information recording medium is evaluated with fixed reference and the information recording medium can be discriminated.  In the method, conformity of the optical information recording medium is determined by radiating a beam on a recordable recording layer of the optical information recording medium and receiving reflected light from the recording layer.  A first light receiving section and a second light receiving section are arranged in this order in the track direction of the recording layer.  The method includes a detection step of detecting differential signals using the first and second light receiving sections, and a determining step of determining conformity of the optical information recording medium based on the detected differential signals.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un procédé permettant d'inspecter un support d'enregistrement d'informations optiques, un enregistrement hors piste généré sur le support d'enregistrement d'informations optiques étant évalué avec une référence fixe et le support d'enregistrement d'informations pouvant être discriminé. Dans le procédé, la conformité du support d'enregistrement d'informations optiques est déterminée par rayonnement d'un faisceau sur une couche d'enregistrement enregistrable du support d'enregistrement d'informations optiques et par réception de la lumière réfléchie par la couche d'enregistrement. Une première section réceptrice de lumière et une seconde section réceptrice de lumière sont agencées dans cet ordre dans la direction des pistes de la couche d'enregistrement. Le procédé comprend une étape de détection permettant de détecter des signaux différentiels à l'aide des première et seconde sections réceptrices de lumière, et une étape de détermination permettant de déterminer la conformité du support d'enregistrement d'informations optiques sur la base des signaux différentiels détectés.
(JA)  光情報記録媒体において発生するオフトラック記録を一定の基準で評価し、光情報記録媒体を選別することができる光情報記録媒体の検査方法を提供する。本発明の光情報記録媒体の検査方法は、光情報記録媒体が有する記録可能な記録層にビームを照射して、記録層からの反射光を受光することにより、光情報記録媒体の良否判定を行うための検査方法であって、記録層のトラック方向に沿って、第1の受光部と、第2の受光部とがこの順に配置されており、第1及び第2の受光部を用いて差動信号を検出する検出ステップと、その検出された差動信号に基づき光情報記録媒体を良否判定する判定ステップとを含む。
