Abstract:
(EN) A microporous polyolefin film which has excellent winding stability in a production line or processing line for the microporous polyolefin film and in a line involving the step of winding in cell fabrication.  The wound microporous film is less apt to slip and form an uneven edge face upon impact. The microporous polyolefin film has a compressive modulus of 0.1-1,000 kPa and a ratio of the machine-direction tensile modulus to the transverse-direction tensile modulus of 1.5-7.8.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un film microporeux de polyoléfine qui présente une excellente stabilité à l'enroulement sur une ligne de production ou une ligne de traitement dudit film microporeux de polyoléfine et sur une ligne impliquant une étape d'enroulement dans la fabrication de cellules. Le film microporeux enroulé est moins apte à glisser et à former une face de bord irrégulier lors d'un choc. Le film microporeux de polyoléfine selon l'invention a un module en compression de 0,1 à 1000 kPa et un rapport module en traction dans le sens machine/module en traction dans le sens transverse de 1,5 à 7,8.
(JA)  ポリオレフィン製微多孔膜の製造ラインや加工ライン、更には電池巻き取り工程のラインにおける巻き取り安定性に優れ、しかも捲回体が衝撃を受けた場合の段ズレが生じ難いポリオレフィン製微多孔膜を提供する。 圧縮弾性率が0.1~1000kPaであり、かつ、幅方向の引張弾性率に対する長さ方向の引張弾性率の比が1.5~7.8であるポリオレフィン製微多孔膜。
