Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method which is suitable for the mass production of nanoparticles of uniform grain size. Also provided are a nanoparticle powder obtained by this method, a dispersion containing these nanoparticles, and a paste containing these nanoparticles. The method for producing silver particles comprises a step for obtaining particles having an average grain diameter (DTEM) of between 5 and 100 nm as measured using a transmission-type electron microscope, in which silver is reduced in a silver solution containing a protectant comprising an organic substance and a copper component in an amount of 1 to 1,000 ppm with respect to the amount of silver.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé adapté à la production en grandes quantités d'une nanoparticule dont le diamètre de particule est symétrique. L'invention concerne également d'une part un liquide de dispersion comprenant une poudre de nanoparticule obtenue à l'aide dudit procédé et ladite nanoparticule, et d'autre part une pâte comprenant ladite nanoparticule. Le procécé de fabrication d'une particule d'argent consiste à réduire de l'argent dans une solution d'argent dans laquelle sont présents un agent protecteur comprenant un composé organique et de 1 à 1000ppm d'un ingrédient de cuivre par rapport à la quantité d'argent; et met en œuvre un processus permettant d'obtenir une particule dont le diamètre moyen de particule (DTEM) est compris entre 5 et 100nm, lorsqu'il est mesuré à l'aide d'un microscope électronique à transmission.
(JA) 粒子径の均整なナノ粒子の大量生産に適した方法を提供することにある。該方法により得られるナノ粒子粉末、及び該ナノ粒子を含んだ分散液ならびに該ナノ粒子を含んだペーストを提供することを目的とする。 有機物からなる保護剤と、銀量に対して1~1000ppmの銅成分とが存在する銀溶液中で銀を還元し、透過型電子顕微鏡により計測される平均粒子径(DTEM)が5~100nmの粒子を得る工程を備えた銀粒子の製造方法を提供する。
