Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an electronic sphygmomanometer, comprising a cuff that is mounted upon a body portion whereupon blood pressure is to be measured, a pressurization/depressurization means that adjusts a pressure that is applied to the cuff, a pressure detection means that detects the pressure within the cuff, a blood pressure computation means that computes blood pressure from the pressure of the cuff, a recording means that records the blood pressure, a console means that carries out an operation such as measuring the blood pressure, and a circumstance information acquisition means that acquires information that pertains to circumstances whereupon the current blood pressure measurement is taken, wherein the recording means is configured to store, as recorded blood pressure information, the blood pressure and the circumstances, which are acquired by the circumstance information acquisition means, whereupon the current blood pressure measurement is taken, and the electronic sphygmomanometer further comprises a measurement record information acquisition means, which acquires, from the recording means, previous measurement record information that approximates the circumstances whereupon blood pressure is measured, and a compensation means that compensates for a blood pressure measurement parameter, based on the measurement record information, when previous measurement record information that approximates the circumstances whereupon blood pressure is measured is acquired from the measurement record information acquisition means.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un sphygmomanomètre électronique comportant un brassard monté sur une partie du corps où la pression artérielle doit être mesurée, un système de gonflage/dégonflage qui ajuste la pression exercée sur le brassard, un système de détection de la pression qui détecte la pression dans le brassard, un système de calcul de la pression artérielle qui calcule la pression artérielle à partir de la pression du brassard, un système d'enregistrement qui enregistre la pression artérielle, un système de console avec lequel sont effectuées les opérations telles que la mesure de la pression artérielle, et un système d'acquisition des données de circonstances qui récupère des données relatives aux circonstances dans lesquelles la mesure de la pression artérielle est mesurée, le système d'enregistrement étant configuré pour stocker, en tant que données de pression artérielle enregistrées, la pression artérielle et les circonstances qui sont obtenues au moyen du système d'acquisition des données de circonstances dans lesquelles la pression artérielle est mesurée; le sphygmomanomètre électronique comprend par ailleurs un système d'acquisition des données d'enregistrement de mesure qui récupère, d'après le système d'enregistrement, les données d'enregistrement de mesure antérieures qui sont proches des circonstances dans lesquelles la pression artérielle est mesurée, et un système de compensation qui compense un paramètre de mesure de la pression artérielle d'après les données d'enregistrement de mesure, lorsque les données d'enregistrement de mesure antérieures qui sont proches des circonstances dans lesquelles la pression artérielle est mesurée sont obtenues à partir du système d'acquisition des données d'enregistrement de mesure.
(JA) 血圧測定部位に装着するカフと、カフに加える圧力を調整する加圧・減圧手段と、カフ内の圧力を検出する圧力検出手段と、カフ圧により血圧値を算出する血圧算出手段と、血圧値を記録する記録手段と、血圧測定などの操作を行う操作手段と、現在の血圧測定時の条件に関連する情報を取得する条件情報取得手段を備え、前記記録手段は、前記条件情報取得手段により取得した前記血圧測定時の条件を血圧値とともに測定記録情報として記憶する構成であり、前記血圧測定時の条件に近い過去の測定記録情報を前記記録手段から取得する測定記録情報取得手段と、該測定記録情報取得手段により前記血圧測定時の条件に近い過去の測定記録情報を取得した場合、該測定記録情報に基づいて血圧測定パラメータを補正する補正手段とを備えた電子血圧計。
