Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for producing a diffractive optical element. In the method, the center of a molding surface (2) of a mold (1) is aligned with the center of a base (4) based on the shape of a marker (3) having a predetermined shape and formed on the center of the molding surface (2) and the shape of a diffraction grating (5) of the base (4). A nano-composite material (9) is placed between the molding surface (2) and the diffraction grating (5). The material (9) is compressed by the mold (1) and the base (4) to form an optical arrangement layer (10) on the diffraction grating (5).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un élément optique diffractant. Conformément au procédé, le centre d'une surface de moulage (2) d'un moule (1) est aligné avec le centre d'un socle (4) sur la base de la forme d'un marqueur (3) ayant une forme prédéterminée et qui est formé au centre de la surface de moulage (2) et sur la base de la forme d'un réseau de diffraction (5) du socle (4). Un matériau de nano-composite (9) est placé entre la surface de moulage (2) et le réseau de diffraction (5). Le matériau (9) est comprimé par le moule (1) et le socle (4) afin de former une couche d'agencement optique (10) sur le réseau de diffraction (5).
(JA)  本発明の回折光学素子の製造方法によれば、金型1の成型面2の中心に形成された所定形状のマーカー3と、基材4の回折格子5の形状とに基づいて、成型面2の中心と基材4の中心との位置合わせをする。成型面2と回折格子5との間に、ナノコンポジット材料9を配置し、金型1と基材4とにより材料9を押圧して、回折格子5上に光学調整層10を形成する。
