Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a foamable composition for a polyurethane foam which further favorably improves the heat insulation capacity, the long-term stability and the dimensional stability of a polyurethane foam that is manufactured using carbon dioxide as a foaming agent; further disclosed is a polyurethane foam which uses said foamable composition for a polyurethane foam and achieves excellent heat insulation performance. When the polyurethane foam is manufactured using carbon dioxide for foam formation, a phenolic resin polyol obtained by adding an alkylene oxide and an aromatic amine polyol obtained by adding an alkylene oxide are used together as a polyol component, and a specific silicone compound is blended in.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition moussante pour mousse de polyuréthane, qui permet d'améliorer avantageusement la capacité d'isolation thermique, la stabilité à long terme et la stabilité dimensionnelle d'une mousse de polyuréthane fabriquée avec du dioxyde de carbone comme agent moussant. L'invention concerne également une mousse de polyuréthane à base de ladite composition moussante, cette mousse présentant d'excellents résultats d'isolation thermique. Dans la fabrication de mousse de polyuréthane au moyen de dioxyde de carbone pour la formation de mousse, un polyol de résine phénolique obtenu par ajout d'un oxyde d'alkylène et un polyol d'amine aromatique obtenu par ajout d'un oxyde d'alkylène sont utilisés ensemble comme composant polyol et un composé de silicone spécifique y est mélangé.
(JA)  発泡剤として二酸化炭素を利用して製造されるポリウレタンフォームの断熱性能とその長期安定性並びに寸法安定性を更に有利に改善し得るポリウレタンフォーム用発泡性組成物を提供し、そしてそのポリウレタンフォーム用発泡性組成物を用いて、優れた断熱性能を実現するポリウレタンフォームを提供する。 二酸化炭素を発泡に用いたポリウレタンフォームの製造に際して、ポリオール成分として、アルキレンオキサイドを付加させて得られるフェノール樹脂系ポリオールと、アルキレンオキサイドを付加させて得られる芳香族アミン系ポリオールとを併用すると共に、特定のシリコーン化合物を配合せしめた。
