Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for producing a moss-eye mold, which comprises: a step (a) wherein an Al base having an Al content of less than 99.99% by mass is prepared; a step (b) wherein a porous alumina layer having a plurality of fine recesses is formed by partially anodizing the Al base; a step (c) wherein the plurality of fine recesses in the porous alumina are enlarged by bringing the porous alumina layer into contact with an etchant containing an anode inhibitor after the step (b); and a step (d) wherein the plurality of fine recesses are extended by further anodization that is carried out after the step (c).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la production d'un moule pour film ayant des propriétés similaires à celles de l'œil de la mite, lequel comprend : une étape (a) dans laquelle une base en Al ayant une teneur en Al inférieure à 99,99 % en masse est préparée ; une étape (b) dans laquelle une couche d'alumine poreuse ayant une pluralité de creux fins est formée par anodisation partielle de la base en Al ; une étape (c) dans laquelle la pluralité de creux fins présents dans l'alumine poreuse sont élargis par la mise en contact de la couche d'alumine poreuse avec un agent d'attaque chimique contenant un inhibiteur d'anode après l'étape (b) ; et une étape (d) dans laquelle la pluralité de creux fins sont allongés par anodisation supplémentaire qui est effectuée après l'étape (c).
