Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an infrared ray-reflecting black pigment having an average particle size of 0.02 to 5.0 µm that is obtained by coating the surface of core particles formed from cupric oxide using a surface treatment agent such that the coating layer is acid-resistant and the amount of coating is 0.1 to 10 wt% with respect to the cupric oxide.  Preferably the core particles formed from cupric oxide are core particles formed from a mixture and/or composite of the cupric oxide and a second component consisting of one or more pigments selected from the group comprising extender pigment, white pigment, and iron oxide having a sunlight reflectivity of 10% or greater, wherein the molar ratio of cupric oxide and the second component pigment which make up the core particles formed from cupric oxide is 0.1:0.9 to 0.95:0.5.  The infrared ray-reflecting black pigment is a black pigment that comprises cupric oxide but is free of toxic elements, and has not only excellent infrared ray reflectivity, but also excellent acid resistance and paint stability.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un pigment noir réfléchissant les rayons infrarouges ayant une taille moyenne des particules de 0,02 à 5,0 µm qui est obtenu par application d'un revêtement de surface de particules de cœur formées à partir d'oxyde cuprique à l'aide d'un agent de traitement de surface de façon à ce que la couche de revêtement soit résistante aux acides et la proportion de revêtement soit de 0,1 à 10 % en poids par rapport à l'oxyde cuprique. De préférence les particules de cœur formées à partir d'oxyde cuprique sont des particules de cœur formées à partir d'un mélange et/ou composite de l'oxyde cuprique et d'un second composant constitué d'un ou plusieurs pigments choisis dans le groupe comprenant un pigment de charge, un pigment blanc et un oxyde de fer ayant un pouvoir de réflexion de la lumière du soleil supérieur ou égal à 10 %, le rapport molaire de l'oxyde cuprique au second composant pigment qui constituent les particules de cœur formées à partir d'oxyde cuprique étant de 0,1:0,9 à 0,95:0,5. Le pigment noir réfléchissant les rayons infrarouges est un pigment noir qui comprend de l'oxyde cuprique mais qui est exempt d'éléments toxiques et qui a non seulement un excellent pouvoir de réflexion des rayons infrarouges, mais également d'excellentes résistance aux acides et stabilité en peinture.
(JA) 酸化第二銅から成る芯粒子の表面を表面処理剤で被覆し得られる平均粒子径が0.02~5.0μmの黒色系顔料であって、被覆層は耐酸性を有し、被覆量が酸化第二銅に対して0.1~10重量%であることを特徴とする赤外線反射性黒色系顔料。好ましくは酸化第二銅から成る芯粒子が、酸化第二銅と第二成分である体質顔料、白色顔料及び日射反射率が10%以上である酸化鉄のいずれか1種以上の顔料との混合物及び/又は複合化物から成る芯粒子であって、酸化第二銅から成る芯粒子を構成する酸化第二銅と第二成分の顔料とのモル比が0.1:0.9~0.95:0.05である。本発明の赤外線反射性黒色系顔料は、酸化第二銅を含み、有害な元素を含有しない黒色系顔料であって、優れた赤外線反射性を有すると共に耐酸性及び塗料安定性に優れる。
