Abstract:
(EN) A rotation detecting device which is noise resistant and can accurately detect an absolute angle even at time of high-speed rotation, and a bearing having the rotation detecting device mounted thereon. The rotation detecting device (1) is provided with a plurality of magnetic encoders (2A, 2B) arranged in concentric ring shapes and having differing numbers of magnetic poles, and a plurality of magnetic sensors (3A, 3B) which detect the magnetic fields of the magnetic encoders (2A, 2B), respectively. The magnetic sensors (3A, 3B) have a function detecting the information of the position of each of the magnetic encoders (2A, 2B) in the magnetic pole and are composed of a sensor elements and phase detecting means (13A, 13B) which obtain phases based on magnetic field signals detected by the sensor elements and output the phases as ABZ phase signals. The rotation detecting device is also provided with a phase difference detecting means (6) which obtains the phase difference of the magnetic field signal detected by the magnetic sensors (3A, 3B), and an angular calculating means (7) which calculates the absolute angle of the magnetic encoders (2A, 2B) based on the detected phase difference.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de détection de rotation résistant au bruit qui peut détecter avec précision un angle absolu même lors d'une rotation à vitesse élevée, et un palier sur lequel est monté ledit dispositif de détection de rotation. Le dispositif de détection de rotation (1) est doté d'une pluralité de codeurs magnétiques (2A, 2B) qui sont disposés en anneaux concentriques et qui ont un nombre de pôles magnétiques différent, ainsi que d'une pluralité de capteurs magnétiques (3A, 3B) qui détectent respectivement les champs magnétiques des codeurs magnétiques (2A, 2B). Les capteurs magnétiques (3A, 3B) possèdent une fonction de détection des informations de position de chacun des codeurs magnétiques (2A, 2B) dans le pôle magnétique, et sont constitués de moyens de détection de phase et d'éléments de capteur (13A, 13B) qui obtiennent les phases grâce aux signaux de champ magnétique détectés par les éléments de capteur et qui émettent les phases sous la forme de signaux de phase ABZ. Le dispositif de détection de rotation est également doté d'un moyen de détection de déphasage (6) qui obtient le déphasage du signal de champ magnétique détecté par les capteurs magnétiques (3A, 3B), ainsi que d'un moyen de calcul angulaire (7) qui calcule l'angle absolu des codeurs magnétiques (2A, 2B) grâce au déphasage détecté.
(JA)  ノイズに強く高速回転時でも精度良く絶対角度を検出できる回転検出装置、およびこれを搭載した回転検出装置付き軸受を提供する。この回転検出装置(1)は、同心のリング状に設けられ互いに磁極数が異なる複数の磁気エンコーダ(2A,2B)と、各磁気エンコーダ(2A,2B)の磁界をそれぞれ検出する複数の磁気センサ(3A,3B)とを備える。各磁気センサ(3A,3B)は、磁気エンコーダ(2A,2B)の磁極内における位置の情報を検出する機能を有し、センサ素子と、そのセンサ素子の検出した磁界信号からその位相を求めこれをABZ相信号として出力する位相検出手段(13A,13B)とでなる。各磁気センサ(3A,3B)の検出した磁界信号の位相差を求める位相差検出手段(6)を設け、この検出した位相差に基づいて磁気エンコーダ(2A,2B)の絶対角度を算出する角度算出手段(7)を設ける。
