Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is an alloy material for R-T-B system rare earth permanent magnets, which contains an R-T-B system alloy containing R, T and B, and a high melting-point compound having a melting point of not less than 1,080˚C.  (In this connection, R represents at least one element selected from a group consisting of Nd, Pr, Dy and Tb, and Dy or Tb is essentially contained in the R-T-B system alloy in an amount of 4-10% by mass; T represents transition metal(s) essentially including Fe; and B represents boron which can be partially substituted by carbon or nitrogen.)
(FR) L'alliage pour aimant permanent à base de terres rares du système R-T-B ci-décrit est un alliage du système R-T-B contenant R, T et B, et un composé avec un point de fusion supérieur ou égal à 1080 °C. R représente au moins un élément choisi parmi Nd, Pr, Dy et Tb, Dy ou Tb étant contenu dans l'alliage dans une quantité de 4-10 % en masse. T représente un ou plusieurs métaux de transition, essentiellement le fer. B représente le bore qui peut être partiellement substitué par le carbone ou l'azote.
(JA)  本発明のR-T-B系希土類永久磁石用合金材料は、R、T、及びBを有するR-T-B系合金(ただし、RはNd、Pr、Dy、Tbからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であって、DyまたはTbを前記R-T-B系合金中に4質量%~10質量%含むことを必須とし、TはFeを必須とする遷移金属であり、Bはホウ素であって、一部が炭素又は窒素で置換可能である)と、融点1080℃以上の高融点化合物とを含む。
