(JA) 排気浄化装置の再生不良診断方法
Abstract:
(EN) A method of diagnosing a regeneration failure of an exhaust purifying device equipped with a filter regenerating means for forcibly heating a particulate filter (13) to burn captured particulates.  The method obtains the amount of flow of exhaust gas flowing to the particulate filter (13) and the pressure difference between the inlet side and the outlet side of the particulate filter (13), calculates the inclination of a change in the pressure difference relative to a change in the amount of flow of the exhaust gas, and compares the calculated inclination with a predetermined reference inclination.  If the calculated inclination is greater than the reference inclination, the method diagnoses a regeneration failure of the particulate filter (13).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour diagnostiquer une panne de régénération d'un dispositif d'épuration des gaz d'échappement équipé de moyens de régénération de filtre conçus pour assurer le chauffage forcé d'un filtre à particules (13) pour brûler les particules capturées. Le procédé permet d'obtenir la quantité d'écoulement du gaz d'échappement s'écoulant vers le filtre à particules (13) et la différence de pression entre le côté entrée et le côté sortie du filtre à particules (13), de calculer l'inclinaison d'un changement de différence de pression par rapport à un changement de la quantité d'écoulement du gaz d'échappement et de comparer l'inclinaison calculée à une inclinaison de référence prédéterminée. Si l'inclinaison calculée est supérieure à l'inclinaison de référence, le procédé diagnostique une panne de régénération du filtre à particules (13).
(JA)  パティキュレートフィルタ13を強制的に加熱して捕集済みパティキュレートを焼却するフィルタ再生手段を備えた排気浄化装置の再生不良診断方法に関し、パティキュレートフィルタ13への排気流量とパティキュレートフィルタ13の入側及び出側の差圧を求めて排気流量変化に対する差圧変化の傾きを算出し、その算出傾きを所定の基準傾きと比較して前記算出傾きが前記基準傾きを上回っている時にパティキュレートフィルタ13の再生不良を診断する。
