Abstract:
(EN) A hose is provided which includes a gas-barrier layer and a rubber layer bonded thereto without using an adhesive or the like and has far higher durability than conventional ones. The refrigerant transport hose includes an inner-tube layer composed of a gas-barrier layer and a rubber layer tightly adherent to the outer surface thereof. The gas-barrier layer comprises a modified polyamide obtained by blending a polyamide with a carboxylated modified polyolefin. The rubber layer comprises a rubber composition obtained by compounding specific amounts of a raw-material rubber, an alkylphenol formaldehyde resin, and carbon black. The raw-material rubber comprises specific amounts of a BIMS, a butyl rubber and/or a copolymer rubber which is a halogenated butyl rubber, and an EPDM. The carbon black is a specific one. The refrigerant transport hose has no adhesive layer between the gas-barrier layer and the rubber layer.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un tuyau souple qui comprend une couche barrière aux gaz et une couche de caoutchouc collée à celle-ci sans l'aide d'un adhésif ou similaire, et qui a une durabilité bien supérieure à celle des tuyaux souples classiques. Le tuyau souple de transport de fluide frigorigène comprend une couche de tube interne composée d'une couche barrière aux gaz et d'une couche de caoutchouc très adhérente à la surface externe de celle-ci. La couche barrière aux gaz comprend un polyamide modifié obtenu par mélange d'un polyamide avec une polyoléfine carboxylée modifiée. La couche de caoutchouc comprend une composition de caoutchouc obtenue par mélange de quantités particulières d'un caoutchouc de matière brute, d'une résine d'alkylphénol-formaldéhyde et de noir de carbone. Le caoutchouc de matière brute comprend des quantités particulières d'un BIMS, d'un butylcaoutchouc et/ou d'un caoutchouc copolymère qui est un butylcaoutchouc halogéné, et d'un EPDM. Le noir de carbone est un noir de carbone particulier. Le tuyau souple de transport de fluide frigorigène ne comporte pas de couche adhésive entre la couche barrière aux gaz et la couche de caoutchouc.
(JA)  本発明の目的は、接着剤等を用いずにガスバリア層とゴム層とが接合されており、さらに従来と比較して耐久性が格段に優れたホースを提供することである。本発明のホースは、ガスバリア層とその外表面に密着したゴム層とからなる内管層を備える冷媒輸送用ホースであって、前記ガスバリア層が、ポリアミドとカルボキシル基含有変性ポリオレフィンとをブレンドして得られる変性ポリアミドからなり、前記ゴム層が、特定量の原料ゴム、アルキルフェノールホルムアルデヒド樹脂およびカーボンブラックを配合してなるゴム組成物からなり、前記原料ゴムが、特定量のBIMS、ブチルゴムおよび/またはハロゲン化ブチルゴムである共重合ゴム、EPDMからなり、前記カーボンブラックは特定のものであり、前記ガスバリア層と前記ゴム層との間に接着剤層を有さない、冷媒輸送用ホースである。
