Abstract:
(EN) There is provided an interference checking device capable of simply setting, for example, a jig shape used in interference checking for preventing collisions between machine structures. The interference checking device comprises a jig model setting processing unit (21). The jig model setting unit (21) newly generates a jig model (17) by combining a plurality of primitive basic components stored in advance. The jig model setting unit (21) also retrieves the dimensions and attachment position of a jig actually securing a work and actually measured by a sensor that measures the coordinate position of an actual machine structure, modifies the jig model (17) based on the retrieved values, and changes the attachment position of the jig.
(FR) On décrit un dispositif de vérification d'interférences capable de spécifier simplement, par exemple, une forme de montage utilisée lors d'une vérification d'interférences afin de prévenir des collisions entre des structures de la machine. Le dispositif de vérification d'interférences comporte une unité (21) de traitement servant à spécifier des modèles de montages. Ladite unité (21) de spécification de modèles de montages génère un nouveau modèle (17) de montage en combinant une pluralité de composants primitifs de base mémorisés à l'avance. L'unité (21) de spécification de modèles de montages récupère également les cotes et la position de fixation d'un montage immobilisant réellement une pièce et réellement mesuré par un capteur qui mesure la position en coordonnées d'une structure réelle de la machine, modifie le modèle (17) de montage sur la base des valeurs récupérées et modifie la position de fixation du montage.
(JA)  機械構造物同士の衝突を防止するための干渉チェックに用いる治具形状等を簡易に設定することができる干渉チェック装置を提供するため、予め記憶されている複数のプリミティブな基本部品を組み合わせることにより治具モデル(17)を新たに生成したり、実際の機械構造物の座標位置を計測するセンサで実測された、実際にワークを固定している治具の寸法や取付け位置を取り込み、この取り込んだ値に基づいて、治具モデル(17)を変形したり治具の取付け位置を修正する治具モデル設定処理部(21)を設けた。
