Abstract:
(EN) The use of- olive-oil -derived compounds as surfactants is described, wherein such olive-oil-derived compounds are obtained by olive oil transesterif ication. Preferably, such compounds are a mixture- composed of an emollient and of anionic surfactants. As an emollient a product obtained via transesterif ication of olive oil with glycerine derivatives is preferably used most preferably olive oil PEG-7 esters, whereas the anionic surfactant is obtained from the emollient by causing it to react with monochloroacetic acid most preferably Na PEG-7 olive oil Carboxylate.
(FR) Les composés dérivés d'huile d'olive ci-décrits sont obtenus par transestérification d'huile d'olive. De préférence, ces composés sont des mélanges d'un émollient et d'un tensioactif anionique. Un produit obtenu par transestérification d'huile d'olive avec des dérivés de glycérine est de préférence utilisé comme émollient, idéalement un ester de PEG-7 d'huile d'olive. Le tensioactif anionique est obtenu à partir de l'émollient en faisant réagir celui-ci avec de l'acide monochloroacétique, idéalement un carboxylate sodique de PEG-7 d'huile d'olive.
