Abstract:
(EN) A methylation classification list comprising loci DNA, for which loci the methylation status of the DNA is indicative of likelihood of recurrence of cancer, is provided. Furthermore, a method, apparatus and use for predicting probability of relapse free survival of a subject diagnosed with cancer, are provided.
(FR) L'invention concerne une liste de classification de méthylation comprenant des loci d'ADN, loci pour lesquels le statut de méthylation de l'ADN indique la probabilité de récurrence du cancer. En outre, l'invention concerne un procédé, un appareil et leur utilisation pour prédire la probabilité de survie sans rechute d'un sujet chez lequel a été diagnostiqué un cancer.
