Abstract:
(EN) A controller for controlling the body bias voltages in an integrated circuit, wherein the controller: receives a mode input; receives a reference voltage; outputs a first body bias voltage; and outputs a second body bias voltage. The first body bias voltage and the second body bias voltage may be dependent on the mode input and the reference voltage. The controller may comprise an arrangement of switches, each switch controlled by the mode input.
(FR) L'invention concerne une unité de commande permettant de commander les tensions de polarisation d'un corps dans un circuit intégré, laquelle unité de commande : reçoit une entrée de mode ; reçoit une tension de référence ; émet une première tension de polarisation de corps ; et émet une seconde tension de polarisation de corps. La première tension de polarisation de corps et la seconde tension de polarisation de corps peuvent dépendre de l'entrée de mode et de la tension de référence. L'unité de commande peut comprendre un agencement de commutateurs, chaque commutateur étant commandé par l'entrée de mode.
