Abstract:
(EN) A load control device is provided with: a main switching unit for controlling the supply of power to a load, said main switching unit having one gate, to which a control voltage is applied, for each connection point, having a main switching element with a horizontal dual-gate transistor that incorporates a withstand voltage section, and being connected in series between an alternating current power source and the load; an auxiliary switching unit for controlling the supply of power to the load when the main switching unit is in a non-conductive state, said auxiliary switching unit comprising an auxiliary switching element that has a thyristor structure; a control unit for controlling the main switching unit and the auxiliary switching unit;a first power source for supplying a voltage to the control unit; a second power source for supplying the power of the first power source when the supply of power to the load is interrupted; and a third power source for supplying power to the first power source when power is being supplied to the load while the main switching unit or the auxiliary switching unit is closed. When power is being supplied to the load and the voltage input to the third power source reaches a prescribed threshold, the control unit causes the main switching unit to conduct power for a first period of time, and causes the auxiliary switching unit to conduct power for a second period of time when the main switching element is in a non-conductive state.
(FR) Le dispositif de commande charge est pourvu d'une unité de commutation principale pour commander l'alimentation en courant vers une charge, cette unité possède une grille à laquelle une tension de commande est appliquée, pour chaque point de connexion, et a un élément de commutation principal doté d'une structure de transistor de grille double horizontale présentant une section de tension de claquage et étant connectée en série entre une source de courant alternatif et la charge; une unité de commutation auxiliaire qui possède une structure de thyristor; une unité de commande qui commande l'unité de commutation principale et l'unité de commutation auxiliaire; une première source de courant qui fournit une tension à l'unité de commande; une deuxième source de courant qui fournit le courant à la première source lorsque l'alimentation à la charge est interrompue, et une troisième source de courant qui fournit le courant à la première source lorsque le courant est envoyé à la charge, l'unité de commutation principale et l'unité de commutation auxiliaire étant fermées. Lorsque le courant alimente la charge et que la tension introduite dans la troisième source de courant atteint un seuil prédéfini, l'unité de commande fait passer en conduction l'unité de commutation principale sur une première durée prédéfinie, et également fait passer en conduction l'unité commutation auxiliaire sur une deuxième période prédéfinie lorsque l'unité de commutation principale est non conductrice.
