Abstract:
(EN) The invention is related to the field of oil-producing and oil-refining industry and, in particular, to the utilization methods of oil residue formed at the oil gathering-and-treating terminals and accumulated at the oil removers, earthen containers, reservoirs and setting vessels. An inexpensive and efficient utilization of an oil residue is provided due to said oil residue subjected to dilution (at the minimum environmental temperature of 0°C), setting and separation into respectively aqueous, hydrocarbon and solid phases, pumping out said aqueous phase and recycling said hydrocarbon phase, while the dilution is performed by means of said aqueous-hydrocarbon emulsion system formed by mixing oil with a chemical agent in the following ratio: oil - from 1 to 10 parts in volume chemical agent - 1 part in volume, while said chemical agent presents a solution of liquid glass in D.C.- activated water having pH=9-12 with the following ratio of components: liquid glass - from 0,3 to 25% D.C.-activated water having pH=9-12 - the rest up to 100% which makes it possible to recycle up to 90% of an oil residue as recovered oil.
(FR) L'invention concerne le domaine de l'industrie de production et de raffinage de l'huile. En particulier, elle concerne des procédés d'utilisation de résidus d'huile formés dans les installations de récupération et de traitement de l'huile et accumulés dans les séparateurs d'huile, les récipients en terre, les réservoirs et les récipients de sédimentation. L'invention propose l'utilisation peu coûteuse et efficace d'un résidu d'huile grâce à un procédé consistant à diluer ledit résidu d'huile (à une température ambiante minimale de 0 °C), à le décanter et le séparer en une phase aqueuse, une phase d'hydrocarbure et une phase solide, à pomper ladite phase aqueuse et à recycler ladite phase d'hydrocarbure. La dilution est effectuée au moyen d'un système de formation d'émulsion eau-hydrocarbure que l'on obtient en mélangeant une huile avec un agent chimique avec les rapports suivants : 1 à 10 parties en volume d'huile dans l'agent et 1 partie en volume d'agent chimique. L'agent chimique est une solution contenant 0,3 % à 25 % de verre liquide dans de l'eau activée par CC, ayant un pH de 9 à 12. Grâce à ce procédé, il est possible de recycler jusqu'à 90 % d'un résidu d'huile.
