(FR) PROCEDE ET SYSTEME DE CONTROLE DU FONCTIONNEMENT D'UNE INSTALLATION DE CUISSON DE BLOCS CARBONES
Abstract:
(EN) According to the invention, the furnace of the plant comprises partitions in which the hot gases for baking carbon blocks circulate, and heating manifolds (21, 22, 23) rotatable relative to the furnace and provided with burners or fuel injectors. Gas circulation lines (24) are provided along the partitions between an air blowing leg (20) and a corresponding gas suction leg (12). In order to detect even a partial clogging of a partition, the method comprises the following continuous operations: a) for each gas circulation line, recording at least one measured parameter from among the temperature, the pressure, the flow rate and the oxygen and carbon monoxide concentrations; b) evaluating at least one factor from said measured parameters; c) comparing said factor with a corresponding reference value; d) transmitting a malfunction signal when the comparison between the factor and the corresponding reference value does not meet predetermined safety criteria.
(FR) Le four de l'installation comprend des cloisons dans lesquelles circulent des gaz chauds de cuisson des blocs carbonés, et des rampes de chauffage (21, 22, 23) tournantes par rapport au four, pourvues de brûleurs ou d'injecteurs de combustible. Des lignes de circulation de gaz (24) sont définies le long des cloisons entre une jambe de soufflage (20) d'air et une jambe d'aspiration (12) de gaz correspondante. Pour détecter un blocage, même partiel d'une cloison, le procédé comprend, en continu : a) pour chaque ligne de circulation de gaz, l'enregistrement d'au moins un paramètre mesuré parmi la température, la pression, le débit, la concentration en oxygène et en monoxyde de carbone; b) l'évaluation d'au moins un facteur à partir des paramètres mesurés; c) la comparaison de ce facteur à une valeur de référence correspondante d) l'émission d'un signal de dysfonctionnement lorsque la comparaison entre le facteur et la valeur de référence correspondante ne répond pas à des critères de sécurité prédéfinis.
