Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a process and an apparatus for coating glass substrate (2) by using at least one or more liquid raw materials which react essentially on or in the vicinity of at least a portion of the glass substrate surface (10). The process comprises steps: a) heating the glass substrate (2) to at least substantially the coating temperature; b) forming a coating on the glass substrate surface (10) by converting the one or more liquid materials to a liquid-aerosol and depositing at least a fraction of the liquid-aerosol on the glass substrate surface (10); c) repeating step b) at least once; and d) heating the glass sub- strate surface (10) before at least one of the steps b). According to the invention the heating in step d) is carried out by convective heating.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour poser un revêtement sur un substrat en verre (2) au moyen d'au moins un ou plusieurs matériaux liquides bruts réagissant essentiellement sur ou au voisinage d'au moins une partie de la surface du substrat en verre (10). Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a) chauffage du substrat en verre (2) pour au moins sensiblement atteindre la température de revêtement; b) formation d'un revêtement sur la surface du substrat en verre (10) par conversion desdits un ou plusieurs matériaux liquides en un aérosol liquide, et dépôt d'au moins une fraction de l'aérosol liquide sur la surface du substrat en verre (10); c) répétition de l'étape b) au moins une fois; et d) chauffage de la surface du substrat en verre (10) avant au moins une des étapes b). Selon l'invention, le chauffage lors de l'étape d) est de type chauffage par convection.
