Abstract:
(EN) In a method for manufacturing and assembling a large size filament-reinforced plastic composite hollow body, such as a tank, an endless casing (1) made by filament winding is cut open in the axial direction, so that there are formed two ends (2, 3) in the casing. The open-cut casing (1) is rolled up in order to form a transport package (4) with a diameter that is essentially smaller than the diameter of a finished hollow body. The transport package (4) is transported to the assembly site. On the assembly site, the transport package (4) is set in an assembly stand (5), the outer dimensions of which are adjusted to correspond to the inside diameter of the finished hollow body. The casing (1) is unrolled around the assembly stand (5) to the size of the finished hollow body, so that the casing ends (2, 3) are matched end- on-end. The ends (2, 3) of the casing (1) are fastened by a tight-fitting seam for forming an endless casing. Finally other required elements are attached to the casing for obtaining a finished hollow body. The arrangement includes a filament winding device (9) for manufacturing the casing (1) for the hollow body. In addition, the arrangement includes a cutting device (12) for cutting the casing (1) open in the axial direction, a rolling device (13) for rolling up the casing (1) to form a transport package (4), and an assembly stand (5), which is arranged to receive inside it the transport package (4) for unrolling the casing (1) on the assembly stand (5).
(FR) Dans un procédé pour la fabrication et l'assemblage d'un corps creux composite en matière plastique renforcée par des filaments de grande dimension, tel qu'une cuve, une enveloppe sans fin (1) constituée par enroulement filamentaire est coupée de façon ouverte dans la direction axiale, de sorte que deux extrémités sont formées (2, 3) dans l'enveloppe. L'enveloppe coupée ouverte (1) est enroulée afin de former un conditionnement pour le transport (4) ayant un diamètre qui est essentiellement plus petit que le diamètre d'un corps creux fini. Le conditionnement pour le transport (4) est transporté jusqu'au site d'assemblage. Sur le site d'assemblage, le conditionnement pour le transport (4) est placé sur un support d'assemblage (5), dont les dimensions externes sont ajustées pour correspondre au diamètre interne du corps creux fini. L'enveloppe (1) est déroulée autour du support d'assemblage (5) à la taille du corps creux fini, de façon à ce que les extrémités de la enveloppe (2, 3) correspondent bord à bord. Les extrémités (2, 3) de l'enveloppe (1) sont attachées par un joint bien ajusté pour former une enveloppe sans fin. Enfin, d'autres éléments requis sont fixés à l'enveloppe pour obtenir un corps creux fini. L'agencement comprend un dispositif d'enroulement filamentaire (9) pour la fabrication de l'enveloppe (1) pour le corps creux. De plus, l'agencement comprend un dispositif de coupe (12) pour couper l'enveloppe (1) ouverte dans la direction axiale, un dispositif d'enroulement (13) pour enrouler l'enveloppe (1) pour former un conditionnement pour le transport (4) et un support d'assemblage (5), qui est conçu pour recevoir dans sa partie intérieure le conditionnement pour le transport (4) afin de dérouler l'enveloppe (1) sur le support d'assemblage (5).
