Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for detecting micro-organisms from fluid comprising allocating at least one disintegrating force to the fluid and detecting the change in optical property of the fluid before and after or during the disintegration wherein the change in the optical property as the result of the disintegration of the micro-organisms indicates the presence of the micro-organisms. The present invention also provides a device for carrying out said method.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détection de micro-organismes dans un liquide consistant à appliquer au moins une force de désintégration au liquide et à détecter la modification de la propriété optique du liquide avant et après ou pendant la désintégration; la modification de la propriété optique résultant de la désintégration des micro-organismes indiquant la présence de micro-organismes. L'invention concerne également un dispositif permettant la mise en œuvre dudit procédé.
