Abstract:
(EN) Procedure for obtaining an extract having a high proportion of triterpenic acids, preferably of oleanolic and maslinic acids, from the solutions obtained in the process of preparation of table olives. Furthermore the invention refers to the extract obtained through said procedure and to application thereof in the food, cosmetic or pharmaceutical industries.
(ES) Procedimiento de obtención de un extracto con una elevada proporción de ácido triperpénicos, preferiblemente de ácido oleanólico y maslínico, a partir de las soluciones obtenidas en el proceso de elaboración de aceitunas de mesa. Además, la invención se refiere al extracto obtenido mediante dicho procedimiento y a su aplicación en las industrias de alimentación, cosmética o farmacéutica.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un extrait présentant une teneur élevée en acides triterpéniques, de préférence en acides oléanolique et maslinique, à partir de solutions issues du processus d'élaboration des olives de table. L'invention concerne également l'extrait obtenu au moyen de ce procédé ainsi que son application dans l'industrie alimentaire, cosmétique ou pharmaceutique.
