Abstract:
(EN) The invention is applicable especially to the manufacture of skins (1) of aircraft wings which incorporate carbon-fibre stringers (3) which are bonded together during autoclave polymerization. The tool segments (4) used are defined by angle members (5, 6) which reproduce the geometry of the stringer (3) and the corresponding horizontal wing of the T-shaped section thereof. The angle members (5, 6) include at the top a pair of teeth (7) for gripping by the grippers (9) of a head-piece (10) connected to a spherical robot device (11) with a six-axis articulated arm. The angle members (5, 6) are made of INVAR-36 material and include on their surfaces which make contact with the skin (1) respective sealing strips (14), a further strip (16) also being provided on their surfaces making mutual contact.
(ES) Tiene especial aplicación en la fabricación de los revestimientos (1) de las alas de avión donde quedan situados larguerillos (3) de fibra de carbono que se unen durante la polimerización en autoclave. Los segmentos de útil (4) utilizados están definidos por angulares (5, 6) que copian la geometría del larguerillo (3) y el ala horizontal correspondiente de la sección en "T" del mismo. Los angulares (5, 6) incluyen superiormente una pareja de almenas (7) para asido por parte de las pinzas (9) de un cabezal (10) vinculado a un robot (11) tipo esférico de brazo articulado con seis ejes. Los angulares (5, 6) son de material INVAR-36 e incluyen en sus superficies de contacto con el revestimiento (1), sendos burletes de sellado (14), así como existiendo otro burlete (16) en sus superficies en contacto mutuo.
(FR) La présente invention peut être appliquée tout particulièrement dans la fabrication des revêtements (1) des ailes d'avion où se situent des longerons (3) en fibres de carbone qui se lient durant la polymérisation en autoclave. Les segments d'outil (4) utilisés sont définis par des éléments angulaires (5, 6) qui reproduisent la géométrie du longeron (3) et l'aile horizontale correspondante de la section en "T" de ce dernier. Les éléments angulaires (5, 6) comportent sur leur partie supérieure une paire de créneaux (7) destinés à être saisis par les pinces (9) d'une tête (10) reliée à un robot (11) de type sphérique à bras articulé à six axes. Les éléments angulaires (5, 6) sont formés d'un matériau INVAR-36 et comportent sur leurs surfaces de contact avec le revêtement (1), des bandes d'étanchéité (14) respectives, ainsi qu'une autre bande (16) située sur leurs surfaces afin d'établir un contact mutuel.
