Abstract:
(DE) Es wird eine Gasaufbereitungseinrichtung und ein Gasaufbereitungsverfahren zur Verfügung gestellt, durch das der Anteil von Teer in einem Produktgas, das bei der Vergasung von kohlenstoffhaltigen Einsatzstoffen entsteht, vermindert wird. Das bei der Vergasung kohlenstoffhaltiger Einsatzstoffe entstehende Produkt- oder Synthesegas ist in der Regel stark mit Teer belastet. Dieses mit Teer belastete Produktgas wird einem Feststoff-Trägersubstrat ausgesetzt, das Träger von Bakterien ist, die Teer abbauen. Hierfür eignen sich insbesondere Bakterien, wie sie in Biogas erzeugenden Prozessen vorkommen. Die in dem Feststoff-Trägersubstrat enthaltenen Bakterien wandeln wenigstens einen Teil der in dem Produktgas enthaltenen Teere und polyzyklischen aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffe (PAK) in technisch unproblematische, kürzerkettige Kohlenwasserstoffverbindungen und Methan um, so dass deren Anteil in dem das Trägersubstrat verlassenden Produktgas verringert ist. Auf diese Weise kann die Teerlast in einem Synthese- oder Produktgas auf einfache und kostengünstige Weise reduziert werden.
(EN) A gas treatment appliance and a gas treatment process are provided, by means of which the proportion of tar is decreased in a product gas which is formed on the gasification of carbonaceous feedstocks. The product gas or synthesis gas formed on the gasification of carbonaceous feedstocks is generally highly polluted with tar. This tar-polluted product gas is exposed to a solid support substrate which is a support for bacteria which degrade tar. Suitable bacteria therefor are, in particular, bacteria such as occur in biogas-generating processes. The bacteria contained in the solid support substrate convert at least some of the tars and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) contained in the product gas into shorter-chain hydrocarbon compounds and methane which are not an industrial problem, and so their proportion is reduced in the product gas leaving the support substrate. In this manner the tar pollution in a synthesis gas or product gas can be reduced in a simple and inexpensive manner.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de gaz et un procédé de traitement de gaz, permettant de réduire, dans un gaz de produit, la proportion de goudrons formés lors de la gazéification de matières de charge carbonées. Le gaz de produit ou le gaz de synthèse prenant naissance lors de la gazéification de matières de charge carbonées est, en règle générale, fortement pollué par des goudrons. Ce gaz de produit, pollué par les goudrons, est exposé à un substrat-support solide qui est un support de bactéries qui dégradent les goudrons. A cet effet, il convient d'avoir recours en particulier à des bactéries telles qu'elles se forment dans des processus produisant du biogaz. Les bactéries contenues dans le substrat-support solide transforment au moins une partie des goudrons et des hydrocarbures aromatiques (PAK), contenus dans le gaz de produit, en composés hydrocarbures à chaîne courte et en méthane, n'offrant techniquement aucun problème, de sorte que leur proportion dans le gaz de produit restant dans le substrat-support, est réduite. L'invention permet ainsi de réduire de manière simple et économique la pollution en goudrons dans un gaz de produit ou de synthèse.
